  • Every day it is necessary to drink about 2 l of pure still water;

The diet of carbohydrate days is made:

  • Pastries from the unleavened test;

  • Vegetables;
  • Fruit.

The resolved products of vitamin days:

  • Fruit, berries, dried fruits;

  • Freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice (the use of juice is considered separate meal).

Vegetable oil and lemon juice are allowed for seasoning of salads.

It is allowed to use spices, however it is necessary to consider that most of them stimulates appetite.

In all days it is possible to have black and green tea, black coffee.

What products are prohibited?

In a certain day of a 90-day diet all products which did not enter the list of resolved are prohibited.

In addition, fat, salty, smoked dishes, fast food, confectionery are prohibited (that are allowed in carbohydrate day).

The use of sugar as a part of sweets is allowed only in carbohydrate day, in other days it under a ban. Sugar is not added to drinks.

It is desirable to exclude salt if it causes big difficulties, its use is allowed in a small amount which should be reduced gradually.
