Раствор для внутримышечного введения Актинолизат Aktinolizat – drug with strong immunomodulatory action; stimulates process of phagocytosis and development of antibodies to different infektant, increasing the general resistance of an organism; oppresses hyperproduction of cytokines and blocks action of mediators of an inflammation, reducing intensity of inflammatory processes.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – solution for intramuscular introduction: transparent liquid from yellowish-brown till brown color (in ampoules on 2 and 3 ml, in packaging of 5 or 10 ampoules complete with an ampoule knife; on 5 or 10 ampoules in a blister strip packaging, in a pack cardboard 1 packaging and an ampoule knife).

Active agent: mix of lysates of spontaneously lysing actinomycetes of the sorts Actinomyces and Micromonospora – on 0,5 ml in 1 ml of solution.

Indications to use

Bacterial purulent and inflammatory diseases of mucous membranes, bones, hypodermic cellulose and skin;
Actinomycosis of various localizations;
Dontogenous inflammatory process;
It is long not healing wounds, trophic ulcers, a furunculosis, an acne disease;
Urethritis, prostatitis, cystitis, vulvovaginitis;
Paraproctitis, coloenteritis, gastritis, esophagitis;
Pyelonephritis;
Hepatitis;
Syndrome of diabetic foot;
Bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess;
Quinsy, antritis, otitis;
Mastitis;
Other inflammatory diseases.

Contraindications

Acute infectious diseases (viral respiratory infections, flu, intestinal infections);
Malignant new growths;
Lactation period;
Individual intolerance.

When studying a reproduction on animals risks of an adverse effect of drug on a fruit were not revealed, however adequate and strictly controlled researches at people were not conducted therefore during pregnancy Aktinolizat can be appointed only after careful assessment of the expected advantage and potential risks.

Route of administration and dosage

Aktinolizat enter intramusculary 2 times a week.

The recommended single doses:

Children up to 3 years – 0,1 mg/kg of body weight;
Children of 3-14 years – 2 ml;
Teenagers are more senior than 14 years and adult – 3 ml.

Depending on indications the course of treatment can consist of 5-25 injections.

At an actinomycosis usually appoint 20-25 injections, at diseases of internals – 10-15 injections, at dermatological diseases – 5-15 injections.

Between courses of treatment observe 1-month intervals.

The quantity of courses is defined individually, depending on a look and weight of a course of a disease.

1 month later after recovery appoint a preventive course (5-15 injections) to avoid a recurrence.

Side effects

After the first injections natural easy strengthening of inflammatory process in the pathological center is noted, drug withdrawal in this case is not required.

Allergic reactions in the form of short-term subfebrile condition, a hyperemia in the place of an injection and skin rash are also possible. They, as a rule, are quickly stopped by antihistamine reception, otherwise it is necessary to cancel Aktinolizat.

Special instructions

Influence of drug on the speed of reactions and ability to concentration of attention was not studied.

Medicinal interaction

Aktinolizat strengthens effect of at the same time used antibacterial drugs.

The immunomodulator should not be applied in a combination with immunodepressive means.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the unavailable to children, protected from light place at a temperature of 4-8 ºС.

Period of validity – 2 years.

To transport drug it is allowed at a temperature up to 25 ºС, but no more than 1 days.
