Alka-Prim

Alka-Prim – the combined non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NPVP) with the expressed analgeziruyushchy, antiinflammatory, febrifugal action, promotes decrease in expressiveness of vegetovascular disturbances, reduction of psychoemotional tension, toxic effect of ethanol on the central nervous system, to improvement of mood, increase in intellectual working capacity.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – tablets sparkling: a round flat form, white color, at dissolution in water strongly hiss (in strips: on 2 pieces, in a cardboard pack of 1 or 5 strips; on 10 pieces, in a cardboard pack 1 strip).

Content of active ingredients of Alka-Pryma in 1 tablet:

• Acetylsalicylic acid – 0,33 g;
• Glycine – 0,1 g.

Auxiliary components: Natrii hydrocarbonas, citric acid.

Indications to use

• The increased body temperature against the background of virus infectious diseases, including cold;
• Poorly expressed or moderate pain syndrome of various etiology, including migraine, head, muscular, menstrual and a dentagra, neuralgia, an arthralgia;
• Alcoholic abstinence syndrome.

Contraindications

• Intolerance of acetylsalicylic acid in combination with bronchial asthma and recuring polipozy okolonosovy bosoms and a nose;
• Hemorrhagic diathesis: hemophilia, Werlhof's disease, angiohemophilia, prothrombinopenia, teleangiectasia, thrombocytopenia;
• The expressed renal failure and/or a liver;
• Aggravation of an erosive canker of the digestive tract (DT);
• The accompanying therapy by a methotrexate in a dose of 15 mg a week and above;
• Age up to 15 years at children with acute viral respiratory infections (risk of development of a syndrome to Reja – encephalopathy and acute fatty dystrophy of a liver with development of a liver failure);
• Age up to 12 years;
• I and III trimesters of pregnancy and period of breastfeeding;
• Individual intolerance of components of drug, acetylsalicylic acid or other NPVP.

With care it is necessary to appoint Alka-Prim the patient with bronchial asthma, polipozy a nose, gout, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, a hyperuricemia, gastrointestinal bleedings in the anamnesis, hay fever, the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a medicinal allergy, during the II trimester of pregnancy, at simultaneous use of a methotrexate in a dose it is lower than 15 mg in a week.

Route of administration and dosage

Pill sparkling after preliminary full dissolution in a glass of water is taken inside.

The recommended dosing mode: on 1-2 pieces 2-4 times a day, observing an interval between administrations of drug of 4 hours and more.

The daily dose for adults should not exceed 9 pieces, a single dose – 3 pieces.

Administration of drug without observation of the doctor as an anesthetic should not exceed 7 days, febrifugal – 3 days.

Side effects

• Alimentary system: pains in epigastric area, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea;
• Allergic reactions: a bronchospasm, skin rash, a Quincke's edema against the background of a combination of bronchial asthma, intolerance of acetylsalicylic acid and drugs of a pyrazolon row, and recuring a polypose of a nose and okolonosovy bosoms;
• System of a hemopoiesis: anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, lengthening of time of coagulability of blood, hemorrhagic syndrome (bleeding of gums, nasal bleeding);
• Others: at long reception of high doses perhaps – the general weakness, bleedings, a GIT erosive canker, a black tar-like chair, intersticial nephrite, a prerenalny azotemia with a hyperpotassemia and increase in level of creatinine of blood, a bronchospasm, an acute renal failure, hypostases, a papillary necrosis, a nephrotic syndrome, strengthening of symptoms of chronic heart failure, increase in activity of liver enzymes, aseptic meningitis.

In case of symptoms of side effect reception of tablets it is necessary to stop and see a doctor.

Special instructions

Patients with the increased risk of development of a skin itch, bronchial asthma, small tortoiseshell, a rhinedema or rhinitis of an allergic etiology are not recommended to apply Alka-Prim without control of the doctor.

At the accompanying therapy by antidiabetic drugs regular control of level of sugar in blood is required.

At simultaneous use of glucocorticosteroids, diuretic and anti-hypertensive means it is necessary to be careful.

It is necessary to accept the antiacid drugs including aluminum hydroxide or magnesium in 2 hours after sparkling tablets.

At long use of drug periodically it is necessary to carry out the general blood test and to investigate kcal on availability of blood.

The negative impact of tablets on ability to control of vehicles and mechanisms is not established.

Medicinal interaction

At simultaneous use of Alka-Pryma:

• Insulin, peroral hypoglycemic means and anticoagulants, methotrexate, glucocorticosteroids, other NPVP, valproic acid – strengthen the action;
• Sulfinpyrazonum, diflunizat, the phenopro-hair dryer, an ibuprofen, indometacin, piroxicam, Naproxenum, сулиндак, the means blocking canalicular secretion – weaken the therapeutic effect;
• Myelotoxic medicines – strengthen a gematotoksichnost of sparkling tablets.

Terms and storage conditions

To store at a temperature up to 25 °C. To protect from children.

Period of validity – 2 years.
