Breakfast

Option 2: 150 g of a turkey, 2 wholegrain small loafs, 100 g of pineapple.

Option 3: a portion of soup from a celery, 100 g of pineapple.

Option 4: 200 g of shrimps, salad from 2 stalks of a celery and 1 cucumber, 100 g of pineapple.

Option 5: 150 g of brown rice, 100 g of pineapple.

Useful tips:
