Baziron AS
Application instruction:
Baziron AS – antiacne means, has high antimicrobic activity concerning Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acnes, renders antiinflammatory and komedonolitichesky effect, absorbs surplus of a grease secret, suppresses production of skin fat in sebaceous glands, moistens skin, improves oxygenation of fabrics.
Form of release and structure
Drug is presented in the form of white homogeneous gel which main active ingredient – benzoyl peroxide. Depending on its quantity in 1 g (25, 50, 100 mg) produce Baziron AS gel for external use: 2,5%, 5% and 10% (in polyethylene tubas on 40 g, 1 tuba in a pack cardboard).
Also the complex acrylate copolymer/glycerin thanks to which controlled adsorption of excesses of skin fat and slow release of the glycerin moisturizing and softening epidermis is provided is a part of means.
Other auxiliary components: carbomer 940, half-oxameasures 182, anhydrous colloid silicon, the distilled water, sodium hydroxide, sodium dioctyl sulphosuccinate, dinatrium эдетат, propylene glycol.
Indications to use
Baziron AS and analogs of drug on the basis of benzoyl of peroxide are a powerful oxidizer and render strong bactericidal effect on microorganisms. At the same time microorganisms cannot develop the strains steady against active ingredient.
Use Bazirona AS is recommended:
- Acne of easy and average category of weight – as monotherapy (at dominance of pustular elements);
- Acne of average category of weight – in a combination with others system (anti-androgens, antibiotics) and local (retinoids) drugs.
Contraindications
Use of means is forbidden at hypersensitivity to the main active ingredient and auxiliary components, and also aged up to 12 years.
It is necessary to treat with care use Bazirona AS during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.
Route of administration and dosage
Drug is applied on dry and clean skin on affected areas in the morning or in the evening 1 or 2 times a day.
The maximum course of treatment – 3 months.
In 4 weeks after an initiation of treatment the therapeutic effect begins to be shown, 3 months later permanent remission develops.
If necessary a repeated course of therapy is conducted.
Side effects
Possible side effects: rare emergence of irritation on skin in a gel site of application, allergic reactions and dryness of integuments.
Cases of development of system side effects were not registered.
Special instructions
It is necessary to avoid hit on a site of application of gel of direct sunshine and/or artificial ultraviolet radiation as it can cause irritation of skin.
At emergence of irritation after use Bazirona AS it is necessary to cancel treatment.
If gel will get on a mucous membrane of a nose, eyes or a mouth, it is necessary to wash out carefully this place warm water.
It is not recommended to combine drug with the irritating, drying, etanolsoderzhashchy means (spirits, toilet water, deodorants).
