Solution for intravenous (in/in) and intramuscular introduction (in oil) – colourless transparent liquid, can have a smell of acetic acid (on 1 ml in ampoules, in a blister strip packaging on 5 ampoules, in a cardboard pack 1 or 2 packagings);
Lyophilisate for preparation of solution for in/in and introductions in oil – white amorphous powder or mass of porous structure, is allowed presence of a smell of acetic acid (on 5 ampoules in a blister strip packaging, in a cardboard pack 2 packagings).

Active ingredient – даларгин:

1 ml of solution – 1 mg;
1 ampoule of lyophilisate – 1 mg.

Solution excipients: acetic acid, sodium chloride, water for injections.

Indications to use

Use of drug is shown for treatment of the following diseases in an aggravation phase: ulcer of a duodenum and/or stomach, pancreatitis, pancreatonecrosis.

Contraindications

Acute infectious diseases;
Pregnancy period;
Arterial hypotension;
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Dalargin in the form of solution and lyophilisate enter in/in or in oil.

For lyophilisate use contents of an ampoule it is necessary to dissolve in 1 ml isotonic 0,9% of solution of sodium of chloride just before introduction.

Drug dosing at treatment of an acute form of a disease:

Ulcer of a duodenum and stomach: a single dose of 1-2 mg, daily – no more than 5 mg, the general course – from 30 to 50 mg. Period of treatment from 21 to 28 days;
Pancreatitis: in/in 2 mg, further on 5 mg 1 or 2 times a day, within 4-6 days;
Pancreatonecrosis: on 5 mg from 3 to 4 times a day enter in/in, observing uniform intervals between procedures. The therapy period – 2-6 days.

Side effects

Use of each of dosage forms of drug can cause the following side effects:

Cardiovascular system: arterial hypotension;
Others: allergic reactions.

Special instructions

Safety of use of Dalargin during breastfeeding and at patients of children's age is not established.
