Dolgit

Dolgit – non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NPVS) with analgeziruyushchy, antiinflammatory and anti-exudative action.

Form of release and structure

Dosage forms:

• Gel for external use of 5%: colourless transparent weight with a characteristic smell (on 20, 50 or 100 g in aluminum tubas, in a cardboard pack 1 tuba);
• Cream for external use of 5% (on 20, 50 or 100 g in aluminum tubas, in a cardboard pack 1 tuba).

Active agent of Dolgit – an ibuprofen:

• 1 g of gel – 50 mg;
• 1 g of cream – 50 mg.

Auxiliary components:

• Gel: half-oxameasures, 2,2-диметил-4-гидроксиметил-1,3-диоксолан (solketat), isopropyl alcohol, triglycerides srednetsepochny (миглиол 812), oil nerolovy (citrus), oil lavender, the water purified;
• Cream: глицерол (glycerin), triglycerides, propylene glycol, gum xanthan, methyl-4-hydroxysodium benzoate, oil nerolovy, oil lavender, water.

Indications to use

• Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of a musculoskeletal system, including: a joint syndrome at rheumatism and an exacerbation of gout, arthritis (psoriasis and rhematoid), the humeroscapular periarthritis deforming an osteoarthrosis, a spondylitis ankylosing (Bekhterev's disease), radiculitis, a lumbago, osteochondrosis with a radicular syndrome, a sciatica; tendinitis, tendovaginitis, bursitis;
• Injuries (without disturbances of integrity of an integument), including sports, production or household: bruises, dislocations, stretchings, ruptures of sheaves or muscles, posttraumatic hypostases of soft tissues;
• Mialgiya – not rheumatic and rheumatic etiology.

Contraindications

• The attacks of bronchial asthma or other allergic manifestations specified in the anamnesis, connected using NPVS including with acetylsalicylic acid;
• Period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Besides, use of gel is contraindicated at the becoming wet dermatosis, contaminated wounds and grazes, eczema, and also to children aged till 1 year.

Use of drug in the form of cream at treatment of children is not recommended aged up to 12 years without appointment of the doctor.

Route of administration and dosage

Dolgit it is intended for external use:

• Gel: on 5-10 cm of the squeezed-out drug 3-4 times a day apply on skin of a painful body part and the easy movements rub before full absorption. It is impossible to use air-tight bandages;
• Cream: on 5-10 cm 2-3 times a day apply on skin of an affected area and rub the easy movements before full absorption of drug. In case of need cream uses more than 10 days in a row, it is necessary to get advice of the attending physician.

The period of use is appointed by the doctor on the basis of clinical indications, considering character and severity of damage.

Side effects

Use of each of dosage forms of Dolgit can become the reason of development of allergic reactions:

• Perhaps: at hypersensitivity to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs – a bronchospasm;
• Seldom: an itch and a pricking of skin, rash, a burning sensation in a site of application, a hyperemia, hypostasis.

At emergence of the specified or other side effects it is necessary to stop therapy and to consult with the attending physician about expediency of further use of means.

Special instructions

To avoid hit of drug in eyes and on other mucous membranes.

It is impossible to apply drug on sites with open wound injuries of skin.

In the absence of therapeutic effect it is necessary to see a doctor.

At treatment of severe forms of diseases local therapy is recommended to be combined with peroral NPVS.

Effect of drug does not exert impact on ability of the patient to control of vehicles and mechanisms.

Medicinal interaction

Interaction of an ibuprofen with other means at external use is not revealed.

At Dolgit's appointment it is necessary to report to the doctor about medicines which the patient already uses in therapy.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the dry place at a temperature from 15 ° up to 25 °C. To protect from children.

Period of validity – 3 years.
