Gipoksen
Application instruction:
Gipoksen – the drug of a class of antioxidants and antigipoksant reducing consumption of oxygen at considerable exercise stresses, improving the metabolism and power supply of fabrics increasing operability of a human body in extreme situations.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – capsules: the size No. 3, firm gelatinous, dark brown color, on one of the parties is put with white paint a logo of manufacturer; contents – powder of black color with a slight specific smell or without it (on 10 pieces in blister strip packagings, 2 or 3 packagings in a pack cardboard; on 30 pieces in polymeric banks or bottles, 1 bank or 1 bottle in a pack cardboard).
Active agent: полидигидроксифенилентиосульфонат sodium, in 1 capsule – 250 mg.
Structure of a cover of the capsule: gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), ferrous oxide red (E172), ferrous oxide black (E172) and ferrous oxide yellow (E172).
Indications to use
- The physical and intellectual overstrain, operator activity, any other intensive loadings which are followed by increased fatigue and chronic fatigue;
- Complex therapy of diseases of a respiratory organs (obstructive bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma);
- Complex treatment of crushing traumatic defeats, extensive surgical interventions, blood losses;
- Complex therapy of arterial hypertension, stable stenocardia (prevention of attacks) and chronic heart failure of I and II functional classes, according to NYHA classification.
Also Gipoksen recommend to accept for increase in working capacity in the unfavorable and extreme conditions which are followed by a lack of oxygen (hypoventilation of lungs, sports, work in the conditions of the increased temperature, underwater works, Polar region conditions, highlands).
Contraindications
- Hemorrhagic stroke;
- Pregnancy;
- Feeding by a breast;
- Individual hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Gipoksen it is necessary to accept inside with a small amount of water, to food or during meal.
The single dose for the adult makes 2-4 capsules, the highest daily – 12 capsules.
Daily doses depending on the body weight of the patient:
- 100-120 kg – 10-12 capsules;
- 90-100 kg – 8-10 capsules;
- 80-90 kg – 6-8 capsules;
- 70-80 kg – 4-6 capsules;
- 60-70 kg – 3-4 capsules.
Depending on indications Gipoksen appoint (as a part of complex therapy):
- Pneumonia: on ½ daily doses 2 times a day within 14 days;
- Obstructive bronchitis: on ½ daily doses 2 times a day within 14 days, after a 7-day interval repeat a course;
- Bronchial asthma: on ½ daily doses 2 times a day within 21-30 days, courses repeat with 10-day breaks;
- Arterial hypertension: on ½ daily doses 2 times a day within 10 days;
- Heart failure: on ½ daily doses 2 times a day within 10-14 days;
- Prevention of stable stenocardia: on ½ daily doses 2 times a day, the therapeutic course makes 15-30 days with a 10-day interval.
For elimination of a hypoxia in extreme conditions appoint reception of 1 daily dose in 30-60 minutes before the forthcoming loading.
At chronic fatigue, long intense cerebration, and also for reduction of the recovery period after operative measures, injuries, excessive exercise stresses about ½ daily doses 2 times a day a course 2-3 weeks are recommended to accept. If necessary with a break 1-2 weeks courses can be repeated.

Negative pharmacokinetic, pharmakodinamichesky and pharmaceutical interactions of Gipoksen with other medicines it is not established. It is not revealed also incompatibility with other drugs.
