  • Dinner: 200 grams of buckwheat cereal, 200 grams of stewed vegetables, 100 grams of fermented baked milk, orange or apple.

Fourth day of an ideal diet:

  • Breakfast: juice from oranges, 200 grams of cottage cheese with dried apricots and raisin;
  • Lunch: 200 grams of fish soup, 200 grams of stewed fillet of a rabbit, 100 grams of salad from fresh cucumbers, greens, the paprika and cheese filled with olive oil, green or herbal tea with honey;
  • Afternoon snack: 200 grams of salad from fruit;
  • Dinner: 100 grams of yogurt, 200 grams of stewed cabbage with vegetables, a pear or apple.

Fifth day:

  • Breakfast: 2 dry cookies, 200 grams of yogurt with fruit;
  • Lunch: a slice of black bread, 200 grams of usual or green borsch, 200 grams of the Greek salad from tomato, cheese, greens, the onions and paprika filled with olive oil;
  • Afternoon snack: 200 grams of pineapple or grapefruit;
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 100 grams of salad from fresh vegetables, 100 grams of kefir.
