Inflammatory disease of muscles of a rheumatic etiology, characterized by a pain syndrome, muscular weakness and sometimes an atrophy of the struck muscular groups. Distinguish acute, subacute and chronic rheumatic miozita which can be localized and extended.
Symptoms of the Rheumatic miositis:
For a rheumatic miositis "flying" pains of N muscles with sharp morbidity are inherent at a palpation which amplify at a weather changing, moderate hypotrophies sometimes develop. In these cases the pathomorphologic research reveals typical rheumatic granulomas.
Reasons of the Rheumatic miositis:
The disease has the rheumatic nature.
Treatment of the Rheumatic miositis:
Carry out treatment of a basic disease. Appoint antiinflammatory therapy (NPVS, glucocorticoids), in hard cases - cytostatics.
