General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: each tablet contains 100 mg of Bencyclanum of a fumarat, and also excipients: carbomer 934 P, silicon dioxide colloid anhydrous, magnesium stearate, polyvinyl acetate, sodium of amylopectin glikolit, starch, talc.

Indications to use:

In complex therapy at disturbances of cerebral circulation, cerebrovascular diseases, atherosclerotic, angiospastic genesis

• vascular diseases of eyes (including occlusion of the central artery of a retina, diabetic angiopatiya)

• obliterating diseases of peripheral arteries of various genesis, angiodystonia, postoperative and posttraumatic disturbances of blood circulation

• a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, other diseases of a gastric intestinal path of followed spastic or hyper motor dyskinesia of a gullet, stomach, biliary tract, intestines (gastritis, enteritis, colitis, tenesmus, a cholecystopathy, a cholelithiasis, a postcholecystectomy syndrome)

• In urology - spasms of urinary tract, auxiliary therapy at a nephrolithiasis

Route of administration and doses:

Pill is taken inside, on 100-200 mg (1-2 tablets) by 1-2 times a day within 3-4 weeks, then pass to a maintenance therapy 100 mg (1 tablet) 2 times a day. The maximum daily dose inside makes 400 mg (4 tablets).

Features of use:

At prolonged use each 2 months it is necessary to carry out blood tests (calculation of uniform elements of blood). At simultaneous use with the drugs causing a gipokalemiya, the cardiac glycosides, drugs exerting the oppressing impact on a myocardium, the daily dose of Halidorum should not exceed 150-200 mg. During therapy by Halidorum it is necessary to be careful during the driving of motor transport and work with mechanisms.

Side effects:

Dizziness, headache, sleep disorder, tachycardia, weakness, tremor, dryness in a mouth, nausea, a loss of appetite, a diarrhea, a leukopenia, allergic reactions, increase in activity hepatic трансмиаз in blood serum, epileptiform attacks, hallucinations at patients of advanced age.

Interaction with other medicines:

Demands care combined use of Halidorum:

• With anesthetics and sedatives (Halidorum causes strengthening of the oppressing influence on TsNS of these means)

• With sympathomimetics (the risk of development of tachycardia increases)

• With the medicines causing a hypopotassemia: diuretics, cardiac glycosides (can lead to disturbance of cordial activity)

• With the means weakening force of cordial reductions (beta adrenoblockers, quinidine).

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance of drug

• Renal failure

• Abnormal liver functions

• Pulmonary insufficiency

• Bouveret's supraventikulyarny or acute ventricular disease.

• Pregnancy

• Lactation period

• Children's age up to 18 years (because of insufficient experience of use)

Overdose:

Symptoms: A renal failure and a liver, hallucinations or epileptic seizures, at elderly patients. Allergic reactions.

Treatment: If necessary symptomatic therapy in the conditions of a hospital is carried out.

Storage conditions:

To store drug at a temperature of 15-25 °C, in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity: 5 years. Not to use after the date specified on packaging.
