General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 2,5 ml, 10 ml, 25 ml, 50 ml or 250 ml of solution of a hlorgeksidin of a biglyukonat of 20%.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Antiseptic and disinfectant. Depending on the used concentration shows both bacteriostatic, and bactericidal action concerning gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

It is effective concerning causative agents of infections, sexually transmitted – a bacterial vaginosis, genital herpes; gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria - Treponema spp., Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas spp., Chlamidia spp., Ureaplasma spp. Does not affect acid resisting forms of bacteria, microbic disputes, mushrooms. It is stable, after processing of skin (hands, a surgery field) remains on it in the quantity sufficient for manifestation of bactericidal effect.

Keeps activity (though a little reduced) in the presence of blood, pus, various secrets and organic matters. Extremely seldom causes allergic reactions, irritation of skin and fabrics, has no the damaging effect on the objects made of glass, plastic and metals.

Indications to use:

Route of administration and doses:

Interaction with other medicines:

Let's combine with the drugs containing cationic group (a benzalkoniya chloride, a tsentromoniya bromide). Increases sensitivity of bacteria to chloramphenicol, Kanamycinum, Neomycinum, cephalosporins.

Ethanol increases efficiency of drug.

Contraindications:
