General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 5 mg of bisacodyl.

Excipients: starch corn, глицерол 85%, starch corn soluble, lactose, magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Laxative action comes in 6-10 hours, at reception before going to bed in 8-12 hours.

Indications to use:

Apply as a purgative at the locks caused by hypotonia of a large intestine (at advanced age, at bed patients, after operations, childbirth); for regulation of a chair at hemorrhoids, a proctitis, proctal cracks; by preoperative preparation and preparation for tool and X-ray inspections.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. Features of use:

It is necessary to avoid long administration of drug. It is not necessary to accept along with antacids, alkaline mineral water or milk.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. From digestive tract spastic abdominal pains, a meteorism, diarrhea which can lead to organism dehydration, disturbance of water and electrolytic balance (muscular weakness, spasms, a lowering of arterial pressure) are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Combined use of drug of Dulkolaks and antiacid means, and also with milk and alkaline mineral water can lead to premature dissolution of its cover and irritation of a stomach and duodenum.

Contraindications:

Intestinal impassability, the restrained hernia, acute inflammatory diseases of abdominal organs, peritonitis, bleedings from digestive tract, uterine bleedings, a spastic lock, an acute proctitis, acute hemorrhoids, cystitis, children's age (up to 6 years), hypersensitivity to drug.

With care use drug at pregnant women and the feeding women, at patients with diseases of a liver and/or kidneys, and also at patients with suspicion on existence of inflammatory diseases of intestines.

Overdose:

At overdose are possible: diarrhea, dehydration, spasms in a stomach, disturbance of water and electrolytic balance, a hypopotassemia, development of an atony of a large intestine.

Treatment: symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry place, at a temperature not above +25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of storage of 5 years. Not to apply after expiry date.
