* to regularly drink ginger root broth; broth preparation: to fill in a third of a teaspoon of a dried pounded root with a glass of water and to cook on weak fire of 15-20 minutes, to cool, filter; to accept on a quarter of a glass three times a day;
* to regularly accept ginseng root tincture.
