Drop Urolesanum

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 1 ml of drug contains firs of oil of 67,6 mg, oils of a peppermint of 16,9 mg, castor oil of 92,95 mg, carrots wild fruits of extract of liquid (1:1) 194,35 mg, hop of cones of extract of liquid (1:1) 278,8 mg, a marjoram of a grass of extract of liquid (1:1) 192,95 mg; excipients: dinatrium эдетат.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug of a plant origin. Components of the drug Urolesan® reduce the inflammatory phenomena in urinary tract and kidneys, promote the strengthened blood supply of kidneys and a liver, have diuretic, antibacterial, cholagogue effect, form protective colloid in urine and normalize a tone of smooth muscles of upper uric ways and a gall bladder. Уролесан® increases release of urea and chlorides, promotes removal of small concrements and sand from a bladder and kidneys.

Indications to use:

Acute and persistent infections of urinary tract and kidneys (cystitis and pyelonephritises); an urolithiasis and urate diathesis (prevention of formation of concrements after their removal); chronic cholecystitises (including calculous), dyskinesia of bilious ways, zhelchekamenny disease.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is accepted inside before food. The recommended dose for adults: till 8-10 drops (on sugar, for patients with a diabetes mellitus – on bread) 3 times a day. Duration of reception makes 5-30 days. If necessary repeated courses are possible. At renal and hepatic gripes the single dose makes 15-20 drops. The recommended dose for children of 7-14 years: on 5-6 drops (on sugar, for patients with a diabetes mellitus – on bread) 3 times a day. The single dose, frequency and duration of treatment is defined by the doctor individually.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Experience of use of drug during pregnancy or feeding by a breast is absent. Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It was not studied.
Children.
In need of use Urolesan® syrup is recommended to children under 7 years.

Side effects:

In some cases at use of drug are possible:
– co of the side of a digestive tract: dispeptic phenomena (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain);
– allergic reactions: feeling of an itch, face reddening, skin rash, a Quincke's disease (feeling of irritation in a throat, breath difficulty, a face edema, language);
– from the central and peripheral nervous system: dizziness, general weakness;
– from cardiovascular system: arterial hypertension, hypotension.

Interaction with other medicines:

It was not studied.

Contraindications:

– Hypersensitivity to drug components;
– gastritises, peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum. Appropriate security measures at use. Not to use drug if diameter of concrements exceeds 3 mm.

Overdose:

At overdose are possible: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness.

Treatment: plentiful warm drink, rest, absorbent carbon, Atropini sulfas (0,0005-0,001 g).

Storage conditions:

Period of validity. 2 years. In original packaging at a temperature not above 20 °C. After opening of a bottle the drug period of validity at observance of storage conditions does not change. To store in unavailable to children
