excipients: citric acid, fragrance (No. 7 encore).

Description
Transparent, colourless or color, light yellow with a brownish shade, siropoobrazny liquid with a characteristic sweet smell.

Pharmacological properties:

Has hyperosmotic, gipoammoniyemichesky, laxative effect, stimulates an intestines peristaltics, improves absorption of phosphates and salts of calcium.
Under the influence of drug there is a change of flora of a large intestine (increase in quantity of lactobacilli) that leads to increase in acidity in a gleam of a large intestine and stimulates its peristaltics. Along with it volume increases and there is a softening of fecal masses. As a result drug renders laxative effect, without influencing at the same time directly a mucous membrane and smooth muscles of a large intestine. Under the influence of drug there is a migration of ammonia from blood in intestines, reduction of formation of nitrogen-containing toxic substances in its proximal department and, respectively, their absorption in system of a vena cava. Action comes in 24-48 hours after reception (delay is caused by passing of drug through digestive tract).
Has ability to inhibit growth of salmonellas in a large intestine. Does not reduce absorption of vitamins and does not cause accustoming.

Pharmacokinetics. Absorption - low, is removed through intestines in an invariable look (removal by kidneys - 3%).

Indications to use:

Chronic lock; regulation of a chair at hemorrhoids, need of surgery on a large intestine and in an anus, in the postoperative period; hepatic prekoma and coma, hepatic encephalopathy, giperammoniyemiya; dysbacteriosis, salmonellosis (except for generalized forms); a syndrome of putrefactive dyspepsia at children of early age as a result of food poisonings.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, after food. At locks: adults - in the first 3 days on 15 - 40 ml a day, then - on 10 - 25 ml. Children are more senior than 6 years - in the first 3 days on 15 ml a day, then - on 10 ml; 1-6 years - on 5-10 ml a day, till 1 year - 5 ml a day. Duration of treatment is from 4 weeks up to 3-4 months.
At a hepatic coma, a prekoma, encephalopathy and a giperammoniyemiya: the initial dose makes 30-60 ml 3 times a day. Then the dose is selected so that the soft chair was 2-3 times a day. Treatment can continue up to 3 months and more.
At dysbacteriosis and salmonellosis: adults - on 15-30 ml of 3-5 times a day, children are more senior than 8 years - 45 ml a day, from 5 to 8 years - 25 ml a day, from 1 to 5 years - 15 ml a day, till 1 year of 5-15 ml a day. Duration of treatment is 10-12 days, repeated courses 3 times with week breaks.
In the postoperative period: adults - on 10-30 ml 3 times a day, children are more senior than 1 year on 5-10 ml 2-3 times a day, till 1 year - on 5 ml 2-3 times a day. Drug is appointed in 18-24 hours after operation within 3-5 days.

Features of use:

At prolonged use of drug (more than 6 months) it is regularly necessary to control the level of potassium, chlorine and carbon dioxide in a blood plasma.
At a gastrocardial syndrome it is necessary to increase gradually doses to avoid a meteorism.

Side effects:

Spasms, meteorism, nausea, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, arrhythmias, mialgiya, increased fatigue, weakness. At prolonged treatment - disturbance of water and electrolytic exchange.

Interaction with other medicines:

Antibiotics and antacids reduce effect. Changes rn-dependent release of kishechnorastvorimy medicines. It is not recommended to accept lactulose within 2 hours after reception of other medicines.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, intolerance of a galactose or fructose, galactosemia, impassability of intestines, rectal bleedings, kolo-, ileostoma, suspicion of appendicitis.
With care - a diabetes mellitus.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C in unavailable to children the place. Period of validity 3 years. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.
