General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: acid of an aminokapronov; 1 ml of solution contains acids aminocaproic 0,05 g;
excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Aminocapronic acid has antiallergenic, antiviral effect, strengthens detoksikatsionny function of a liver. It inhibits the proteolytic activity associated with an influenza virus. Aminocapronic acid carries out the braking influence on early stages of interaction of a virus with sensory cells, and also suppresses proteolytic processing of hemagglutinin. Thereof it is created functionally - active protein of an influenza virus which provides its infectious activity, and the quantity of an affiliated infectious virus decreases. Aminocapronic acid not only shows antiviral activity, but also improves some cellular and humoral indicators of specific and nonspecific protection of an organism at respiratory viral infections.

At local introduction the pharmacokinetics is not investigated.

Indications to use:

Treatment and prevention of flu and SARS at children and adults.

Route of administration and doses:

Special use. It is recommended to exclude greasy food at treatment by drug.

For the purpose of prevention and treatment of flu and a SARS drug is used locally (0,5-1,0 ml in a nose 3-4 times a day) and orally.

At topical administration it is recommended to put each 3-4 hours in the nasal courses for 5-10 minutes wadded ground beetles, the humidified 5% solution of aminocapronic acid, or in the specified terms of an instilyuvata (to dig in) 3-5 drops of solution in each nasal course.
 
Aminocapronic acid if necessary it is possible to apply in a combination with other rotavovirusny drugs (Amizon, Tamiflu, etc.) both interferon and its inductors.
 
It is reasonable to carry out intranasal instillations of aminocapronic acid (3-4 times a day) during epidemic by period flu for the purpose of prevention that it is reasonable to add enteral (as at treatment) with use of drug in the infection centers at contact with the patient.
 
For oral administration it is recommended to use aminocapronic acid in bottles on 100 ml.

Orally to children drug is appointed in doses:
 
- To children up to two years - 1-2 g (20-40 ml of 5% of solution a day) - on 1-2 teaspoons 4 times a day (0,02-0,04 g/kg - a single dose), it is possible to add to food or drinks;
 
- To children aged from 2 up to 6 years - 2-4 g (40-80 ml of 5% of solution a day) - 1-2  tablespoons 4 times a day;
 
- To children of 7 years and adult - 4-5 g (80-100 ml of 5% of solution a day), having divided a daily dose into 4 receptions.
 
For exact dosing of solution it is reasonable to use the medical syringe without needle of 10 or 20 ml.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast.
Drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

In need of drug use feeding by a breast should be stopped.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other ekhanizm.
During treatment it is necessary to refrain from control of motor transport and performance of potentially pasny types of activity owing to possible side reactions from the central nervous system.

Children.
There are no data on restriction of use of drug for children.

Side effects:

From cardiovascular system: orthostatic hypotension, bradycardia, arrhythmias.
 
From the alimentary system: nausea, diarrhea.
 
From coagulant system of blood: at prolonged use (more than 6 days) of high doses (for adults - more than 24 g a day) - hemorrhages.
 
From TsNS: headache, dizziness, sonitus, spasms.
 
Others: allergic reactions, skin rash.

Interaction with other medicines:

The effect of drug is weakened by anticoagulants and antiagregant of direct and indirect action.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug. At tendency to fibrinferments and thromboembolic diseases, a coagulopathy owing to a diffusion intravascular blood coagulation, a disease of kidneys with disturbance of their function, pregnancy, during feeding by a breast, at a severe form of coronary heart disease.

With care apply at disturbances of cerebral circulation.

Overdose:

Hypercoagulation, thrombogeneses. For prevention of the raised thrombogenesis introduction of a reosorbilakt, isotonic solution of sodium of chloride, Ringer's solution is recommended. In the presence of indications perhaps additional purpose of Dipiridamolum or other drugs of anticoagulating action.

Storage conditions:

To store at a temperature not above 25 °C in the unavailable to children, protected from light place. Period of validity. 3 years.
