Active ingredient: Metamizol nitriya:osnovny substance: 1 suppository contains metamizole sodium 0,1 g Excipient

Pharmacological properties:

Analgetic. Possesses analgeziruyushchy, antiinflammatory and febrifugal action.

Indications to use:

At pains of various origin (a headache, a dentagra, pain at burns, neuralgia, radiculitises, miozita), at feverish states, including at acute respiratory infections, flu, rheumatism, in the postoperative period.

Route of administration and doses:

Rektalno. Aged from 6 months till 1 year-1/2 suppositories from 0,1 g of analginum; from 1 year to 3 years - 1 suppository from 0,1 g of analginum; from 4 to 7 years - 2 suppositories from 0,1 g of analginum or 1 suppository from 0,25 g of analginum; from 8 to 14 years - 1-2 suppositories from 0,25 g of analginum. After use the child needs to be within 30 minutes in a prone position. Suppositories use from 1-2 to 3-4 times a day. Duration of treatment is defined by the doctor depending on the nature of a disease.

Features of use:

At prolonged treatment it is necessary to carry out control of cellular composition of blood.

Side effects:

Drug is usually well transferred, however at prolonged use hemopoiesis oppression (a granulocytopenia, an agranulocytosis) is possible. Allergic reactions up to development of an acute anaphylaxis are possible. Side effect at rectal use decreases. In case of any undesirable phenomena it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Analginum can strengthen effect of the drugs oppressing a hemopoiesis.

Contraindications:

Use of analginum is contraindicated at children up to 3 months, at the hypersensitivity to drug which is shown in the form of skin and other reactions, a bronchospasm, hemopoiesis disturbances at the expressed abnormal liver functions and kidneys, deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy.

Overdose:

The overdose by drug can lead to hemopoiesis disturbance.
Cautions at use. After use of suppositories the child needs to be for 30 minutes in a prone position.

Storage conditions:

It is forbidden to use drug after the specified term.
Storage conditions. To store in the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature from +8 °C to +15 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of storage - 3 years.
