Ringer's solution

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients — sodium of chloride of 8,60 g, Calcii chloridum of 0,33 g, potassium of chloride of 0,30 g;

Excipients — sodium hydroxide — to pH 5,0–7,0, Acidum hydrochloricum — to pH 5,0–7,0, water for injections — to 1000 ml that corresponds sodium (Na+) — 147,0 mmol/l, potassium (To +) — 4,00 mmol/l, calcium (Sa2+) — 2,25 mmol/l, chloride (Sl-) — 155,60 mmol/l.

Pharmacological properties:

Regidratiruyushchy means, has disintoxication effect, stabilizes water and electrolytic composition of blood. When using as means of completion of volume of the circulating blood, because of a bystry exit from a circulatory bed in ekstravazalny space, effect remains within only 30-40 min. (in this connection solution is suitable only for short-term completion of volume of the circulating blood).

Indications to use:

— in quality плазмозамещаюго means in the absence of need for compensation of erythrocytes, including at shock, a collapse, burns, frostbites, long vomiting, diarrhea;
— for correction of water and electrolytic balance at acute diffuse peritonitis and intestinal impassability, intestinal fistula;
— dehydration of various etiology;
— the metabolic alkalosis which is followed by liquid loss.

Route of administration and doses:

In/in kapelno with a speed of 60-80 of caps/mines or struyno.
The daily dose for adults - 5-20 ml/kg, if necessary can be increased to 30-50 ml/kg.
Daily dose for children - 5-10 ml/kg, rate of administering - 30-60 caps/min., at shock dehydration originally enter 20-30 ml/kg.
Course of treatment - 3-5 days.

Features of use:

At prolonged use control of concentration of electrolytes in plasma and a daily urine is necessary.
Because of the high level of ions of chloride prolonged use of drug is not recommended.
In case of bystry introduction of large volume it is necessary to control an acid-base condition and level of electrolytes. Change рН leads blood (acidulation) to redistribution of potassium ions (decrease рН leads to increase in maintenance of potassium ions of potassium in blood serum).
It is possible to use only the unimpaired bottles, with transparent solution!

Side effects:

Overhydratation, hypopotassemia, allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

Increase in a delay of sodium in an organism at a concomitant use of the following medicines is possible: NPVS,
androgens, anabolic hormones, estrogen, corticotropin, mineralokortikoid, vazodilatator or ganglioblokator.
At reception with kaliysberegayushchy diuretics, APF inhibitors and drugs of potassium the risk of development of a hyperpotassemia amplifies.
In a combination with cardiac glycosides the probability of their toxic effects increases.

Contraindications:

— hypernatremia;
— hyperchloremia;
— acidosis;
— chronic heart failure;
— fluid lungs;
— wet brain;
— chronic renal failure;
— hypervolemia;
— the accompanying therapy by glucocorticosteroids;
— hypersensitivity to drug components.

Use of the drug RINGERA SOLUTION at pregnancy and feeding by a breast
During pregnancy apply when the expected advantage for mother exceeds possible risk for a fruit.
It is necessary to refrain from feeding by a breast during use of drug due to the lack of the relevant clinical data.

Use at renal failures
Contraindications: chronic renal failure.
