General characteristics. Structure:

Structure: spirit tincture (1:10) of vegetable medicinal raw materials: escapes and leaves of a mistletoe of white 1,5 g, grass of a horsetail of field 1,0 g, fruits of a Sophora of the Japanese 1,5 g, seeds of a chestnut of horse 1,5 g, fruits of a hawthorn of 2,0 g, flowers of a clover of 1,0 g, grass of a periwinkle of small 1,5 g; excipients: ethanol of 40% (about/about).

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Рависол® provides versatile action: reduces the level of the general lipids of blood, cholesterol, triglycerides, β-lipoproteids, improves a brain and coronary blood stream, is a lung natriydiuretiky, reduces activity of a vascular motorium and peripheral resilience of vessels. Has antiagregantny and hypocoagulative effect, increases efficiency of sokratitelny work of a myocardium, stabilizing membranes of lysosomes and reduces permeability of a plazmo-lymphocytic barrier, has antiinflammatory effect.

Pharmacokinetics. It was not studied.

Indications to use:

In complex therapy: AG 1-2 of the Art.; VSD and NTsD on the hypertensive and mixed type; lipidemias; atherosclerosis; Ischemic heart disease (stenocardia, postinfarction states, cardiosclerosis); the states connected with disturbances of cerebral circulation including against the background of warmly - vascular and venous insufficiency; the rehabilitation period after transferring of a myocardial infarction or a serious cardiological illness, and also after cardiac operation. In gerontology Ravisol at frequent headaches and dizzinesses is recommended to accept, for improvement of concentration of attention and memory, increase in vitality and working capacity.

Route of administration and doses:

To adults and children 16 years drug are more senior appoint inside. Take with a small amount of water on 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day for half an hour before meal. Before use drug needs to be shaken up. A course of treatment - 10 weeks.

Features of use:

Drug is used divorced. In the specified doses drug does not influence control of vehicles. Before administration of drug appoint a standard hypocholesteric diet which needs to adhere also during treatment. Before the beginning, and also during a course of treatment drug it is necessary to conduct a research of function of a liver.

Side effects:

At hypersensitivity to components of drug allergic reactions are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Action of Ravisola® decreases at its use with Almagelum and Venter, owing to linkng of flavonoids and Ravisol tannins with the heavy metals which are a part of the above-stated drugs.

Contraindications:

Drug contraindicated at hypersensitivity to any of drug components, children aged up to 16 years, to women during the periods of pregnancy and a lactation.

Overdose:

At use of the doses of drug exceeding recommended manifestations of pro-oxidatic properties (acceleration of oxidation-reduction processes, including peroxide oxidation of lipids, acceleration of lipidic exchange, transformation of enzymes) which can be followed by disturbance of structure and function of cellular membranes and functions of bodies, first of all a liver, heart and kidneys are possible.
