General characteristics. Structure:
Active ingredient: 1 ampoule contains 2 ml of liquid which is received from the frozen vitreous of eyes of different types of the lethal cattle (cattle, pigs, goats).
Main physical and chemical properties: transparent or slightly opalescent, or slightly yellowish color liquid. At storage formation of a small zavisa is allowed.
Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacodynamics. Drug is capable to carry out a nonspecific promoting effect and acceleration of processes of regeneration, and also to have the softening and resorptional effect.
Pharmacokinetics. It was not studied.
Indications to use:
The vitreous is applied to a softening and a rassasyvaniye of cicatricial fabric at contractures of joints of various genesis, at postoperative, burn, posttraumatic and other extensive hems, to stimulation of formation of a bone callosity. Neuralgia, radiculitises, stump neuralgia. A keratitis, ulcers and ozhoga of a cornea of an eye (in the regressive period), injuries of eyes.
Route of administration and doses:
The vitreous is entered subcutaneously and under a conjunctiva. Apply to treatment of adults 2 ml daily: a course of treatment at contractures, hems – up to 25 days, at neuralgia – 8 - 10 days. Subkonjyunktivalno adult is entered on 0,3-0,5 ml. A course of treatment – 10 days.
Features of use:
Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It was not investigated.
Side effects:
Also anaphylactic reactions are possible allergic (a small tortoiseshell, a dermahemia). Reactions in the form of pain and an inflammation in an injection site are possible.
Interaction with other medicines:
It was not investigated.
Contraindications:
Infectious diseases, inflammatory processes, the general exhaustion, nephrite, nephrosclerosis, cirrhosis, heart failure with hypostases, malignant tumors.
Overdose:
It was not noted in connection with a drug hypotoxicity.
Storage conditions:
To store in the dry place at a temperature not above 25 °C.
