Lavender essential oil of 10 ml

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: essential oil lavender

Indications to use:

It is recommended for recovery of elasticity of skin and hypodermic cellulose, smoothing of wrinkles; at sleeplessness, irritability, children's excitability; as the antioxidant, radio tire-tread, spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antiburn, regenerating drug.

Route of administration and doses:

For inhalations, aromatization of rooms, massage, grinding, a compress, acceptance of bathtubs, in a sauna.
• Inhalations
For hot inhalations it is better to use the ware which is specially intended for this purpose. With hot water to add 1-3 drops of essential oil to ware, to cover the head with a towel and to deeply inhale fumes. Duration of inhalation is 5-7 min.
For cold inhalations in аромакулон to bring 2-3 drops of essential oil, to make 10-20 deep, slow breaths exhalations then 5-7 short, bystry breaths exhalations. To repeat the procedure of 2-5 times with a break 0,5-1 min.
• Aromatization of rooms
4-7 drops of lavender essential oil or mix of essential oils to add to the aromalampa filled with water and to light a candle. Aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an aromalampa it is possible to apply oil on a napkin or to add to a cup with hot water and to place in the warm place. Duration of the procedure is up to 30 min.
• Massage
For massage it is necessary to prepare аромасмесь with 4-6 drops of lavender essential oil and from 10-15 ml of vegetable (massage) oil. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil corresponds to 10-15 ml.
• Grinding
It is possible to use аромасмесь for massage or aqueous-alcoholic аромасмесь (4-6 drops of essential oil for 30-40% of alcohol). To rub intensively in skin of problem area before emergence of easy reddening and/or feeling of easy heat.
• Compress
It is possible to use аромасмесь for massage or aqueous-alcoholic аромасмесь for grinding. To apply evenly on skin, to cover with cellophane, to apply the warming bandage. Duration of the procedure is 30-60 min. Not to apply on area of a body where there are injuries of skin.
• Acceptance of a bathtub
With water (37-380C) to add 4-7 drops of the essential oil which is previously displaced with 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (milk, kefir, yogurt, cream, serum, honey, sea or table salt, bath foam) to a bathtub. Duration of the procedure is 10-15 min.
• Visit of a sauna
To add 4-7 drops of essential oil to capacity with a small amount of hot water and to place it on an upper rack

Features of use:

Only for external use.
Before use it is important to check individual sensitivity of an organism to essential oils.
If at inhalation of a smell of essential oil the discomfort is not felt, there is no respiratory spasm, then this product can be applied to aromatization of rooms, in a sauna, etc.
To dissolve 1 drop of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and to apply the received mix on skin of a wrist or an internal elbow bend. If after    15-40 min. on skin there is no reddening, burning, an itch and other signs of irritation of skin is not felt, then this essential oil can be used for external use.
To test individually, not to allow overdose. At hit of oil in eyes – to wash out a plentiful amount of water.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance to the components entering essential oil. Not to apply along with yodo-both ferriferous drugs and chemotherapy; not to apply in the first four months of pregnancy, at hypotension and epilepsy.

Storage conditions:

To store densely closed, in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above +25 °C, far from open sources of fire and heat. To avoid hit of direct sunshine.
Period of validity - 24 months.
