General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,01 g of a metiletilpiridinol in 1 ml of solution.

Excipients: hydroxide sodium solution, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The vasoprotective, reduces permeability of a vascular wall, is inhibitor of free radical processes, anti-hypoxanthomas and antioxidant.

Reduces viscosity of blood and aggregation of thrombocytes, increases the maintenance of cyclic nucleotides (tsAMF and tsGMF) in thrombocytes and tissue of a brain, has fibrinolitic activity, reduces permeability of a vascular wall and a risk degree of development of hemorrhages, promotes their rassasyvaniye. Expands coronary vessels, in the acute period of a myocardial infarction limits necrosis center size, improves sokratitelny ability of heart and function of its carrying-out system. At the raised ABP renders hypotensive effect. At acute ischemic disorders of cerebral circulation reduces weight of neurologic symptomatology, increases resistance of fabric to a hypoxia and ischemia.

Has retinoprotektorny properties, protects a retina from the damaging effect of light of high intensity, promotes a rassasyvaniye of intraocular hemorrhages, improves microcirculation of an eye.

Indications to use:

Treatment - hemorrhage in an anterior chamber of an eye, a myopia complication, protection of a cornea (when carrying contact lenses); treatment and prevention - an inflammation and a burn of a cornea, hemorrhage in a sclera of patients of advanced age.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is dug in in a conjunctival cavity on 1-2 drops of 2-3 times/days. The course of treatment makes 3-30 days.

If necessary and good tolerance of drug the course of treatment can be continued up to 6 months or is carried out repeatedly 2-3 times a year.

Features of use:

In need of simultaneous use of other eye drops drug is dug in the last, after full absorption previous BY HP (not less than in 15 min.).

Side effects:

Local reactions: burning sensation, itch, short-term hyperemia of a conjunctiva; seldom – local allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

Pharmaceutical it is not compatible to other medicines.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the places unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years. A drug period of validity after opening – 1 month.
