Akwa-Rinosol

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 6,5 mg or 9 mg of sodium of chloride in 1 ml of solution.

Excipients: hydrophosphate sodium dodecahydrate, potassium dihydrophosphate, a benzalkoniya chloride, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Washing of a nose in house conditions solution Akwa-Rinosol helps to remove dense slime at cold, humidifies mucous nasal cavities, softens the dry crusts formed in a nose and promotes their bystry removal. As a result of use of solution for washing of a nose slime which is formed at cold is liquefied and removed owing to what passability of nasal openings is recovered and breath is facilitated. At the same time level рН in a nasal cavity is not broken since this indicator of solution for washing corresponds to natural.

Indications to use:

Akwa-Rinosol is applied in complex treatment at rhinitises of various etiology, after surgical intervention on a nasal cavity, at sinusitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Intranazalno. At hygienic leaving and in complex treatment:

■ to adults and children 2 years are more senior: 0,65% or 0,9% spray nasal – on 2 injections in each nasal course 3–4 times a day, in need of a thicket;
■ to children under 2 years: 0,65% spray nasal – on 1 injection in each nasal course 3–4 times a day.

In 2–3 minutes after injections it is necessary to clear a nose by means of a handkerchief or a cotton plug.

The course of prevention and treatment makes 2–4 weeks (to the discretion of the attending physician).

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and a lactation. Solution use Akwa-Rinosol during breastfeeding is possible and at pregnancy.

At use of drug in complex treatment other medicines are entered intranazalno after clarification of a nasal cavity (in 10–15 minutes after injections).

Because of danger of cross infection it is not recommended to use one bottle different people.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Interaction with other drugs is not revealed. Drug does not make system impact on an organism.

Use with other medicines as a part of a combination therapy is possible.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to separate components of drug.

Spray of 0,9% for washing of a nose is contraindicated to children aged up to 2 years.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose are not described.

Storage conditions:

It is necessary to store drug in dry, protected from light, the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature from 0 to 25 °C. A period of validity – 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.

Spray of nasal 0,65% and 0,9%. Is issued in bottles on 20 ml from neutral glass corked by the blooming microsprayer with a raspylitelny nozzle and a protective cap. Each bottle is placed in a pack from a cardboard.
