General characteristics. Structure:

Main physical and chemical properties: transparent liquid from light yellow till dark yellow color with a characteristic smell;
structure: 1 cylinder (30 ml) contains a Streptocidum solubile 0,75 g, Norsulfazolum of sodium (hexahydrate) of 0,75 g or Norsulfazolum of sodium (pentahydrate) in terms of Norsulfazolum of sodium of anhydrous 0,54 g, methyl-isopropyl phenol of 0,015 g, oil of eucalyptus 0,015 g, oil of a peppermint of 0,015 g; excipients: the alcohol of ethyl 96% or alcohol rectified the refined sugar, glycerin or glycerin distilled the twin-80, the water purified. 

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Ingalipt-Zdorovye – the combined drug, possesses antiinflammatory, antimicrobic and antifungal action. It is active concerning gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, and also sort Candida mushrooms.

Indications to use:

Infectious and inflammatory diseases of ENT organs and mucous membrane of an oral cavity: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, aphthous and ulcer stomatitises.

Route of administration and doses:

Locally, by irrigation, on mucous membranes of an oral cavity and a nasopharynx. Carry out by the adult of irrigation 3–4 times a day, holding Inhalyptum in an oral cavity of 5-7 min. To children 2 years irrigation are aged more senior carry out 1–2 times a day if there are no special instructions of the doctor. 2 years are younger than experience of use for children is not present. Duration of use of drug depends on intensity of therapy and usually makes 3–10 days.

Features of use:

Before use it is necessary to remove a safety cap from a cylinder and to put on a nozzle a rod of the valve throat (sprayer) which is in a set. The cylinder is stirred up within 1 min. and make no more than 5 pressing a nozzle before emergence of a disperse stream. It is allowed to repeat in the absence of a stream operation once again. 
Then to enter the free end of the sprayer into an oral cavity and to press a valve head during 1–2 sec., holding a cylinder vertically. For the purpose of avoidance of obstruction of a nozzle, upon termination of manipulation it needs to be blown or placed in a glass with clear water.
There are no contraindications to use of Inhalyptum during pregnancy and a lactation. At use of drug in this group of patients it is necessary to adhere to the drug dosing mode strictly.

Side effects:

At hypersensitivity to components of drug the phenomena of individual intolerance (nausea, vomiting), allergic reactions are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

At treatment Inhalyptum it is possible to appoint other medicines according to the corresponding indications (antiinflammatory, analgetics, antimicrobic, etc.).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. 

Overdose:

In case of overdose strengthening of side effects of drug is possible.
Treatment: at all cases of overdose it is necessary to cancel administration of drug; symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature from +3 °C to +35 °C.

Period of validity - 1 year.
