Pinovit

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 1 ml of drug contains oils of a pine of mountain (Oleum Pini pumilionis) of 35 mg, oils of mint (Mentha oil) of 10 mg, oils of eucalyptus (Eucalypti oleum) of 5 mg, α-tocopherol of acetate of 15 mg, methyl-isopropyl phenol of 0,3 mg;

auxiliary veyoshchestvo: triglycerides of an average chain.

Pharmacological properties:

Pinovit possesses antiinflammatory and antiedematous action, reduces expressiveness of local exudative reactions, reduces viscosity of a secret of a mucous membrane of respiratory tracts. Drug shows antibacterial action concerning some strains of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and also antifungal action concerning barmy and mold mushrooms.

Indications to use:

Acute and chronic rhinitises of not allergic etiology, nasopharyngites, infectious and inflammatory diseases of a mucous membrane of a nose and nasopharynx, laryngotracheitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Just before use it is necessary to take a bottle with drug in a palm to heat it to body temperature. To uncover and, slightly pressing a rubber insert dropper, to dig solution in a nose. After drug use always to close a bottle a cover.

Adults. In the first day to dig in Pinovit on 2-3 drops in each nasal course of 3-6 times a day, from the second day – on 2-3 drops in each nasal course 3-4 times a day.

Children since 2 years. On 1-2 drops of drug 3-4 times a day.

Duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually, depending on therapeutic effect and portability of drug. Usually the course of treatment makes 5-7 days.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy of an ilikormleniye a breast. Drug in therapeutic doses can be used during pregnancy or feeding by a breast.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. Use of drug does not influence ability to manage motor transport and work with other mechanical devices.

Side effects:

Drug can cause the passing phenomena of local irritation in some patients: easy burning, itch, reddening, hypostasis of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity.

Hypersensitivity reactions, including skin rashes, reddening, a Quincke's disease, a small tortoiseshell are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Contraindications:

Allergic rhinitises, hypersensitivity to drug components.
