General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 1,2 mg of 2,4-dichlorbenzyl alcohol, 0,6 mg of amylmetacresol in 1 pastil for a rassasyvaniye.

Excipients: sugar, glucose solution, anhydrous citric acid, menthol, oil anisic, peppermint oil, oil eucalyptus, oil lemon, honey fragrance, dyes: кармоизин (Е 122), Ponso 4R (Е 124), indigo carmine (Е 132), caramel (Е on the card), quinolinic yellow (Е 104), a yellow decline of FCF (E 110), fragrances: orange, lemon, strawberry.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined antiseptic drug for topical administration in oral cavities and throats. Has antimicrobic effect. It is active concerning a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. Prevents developing of a consecutive bacterial infection.

The natural medical additives which are a part of drug have additional antiinflammatory effect on a mucous membrane of an oral cavity and a throat.

Pharmacokinetics. Due to the low system absorption data on pharmacokinetics of drug are absent.

Indications to use:

Symptomatic treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat.

Route of administration and doses:

The adult appoint accept on 1 pastil each 2 hours. The maximum daily dose – 8 pastils. To children of 6 years appoint accept on 1 pastil each 4 hours. To rassasyvat pastils before full dissolution. Treatment duration – 3-4 days.

Features of use:

If symptoms of a disease within 3-4 days do not begin to disappear or, on the contrary, the state of health worsened, or there were undesirable phenomena, it is necessary to see a doctor behind consultation about expediency of further use of drug.

At drug use to patients, a sick diabetes mellitus, it is necessary to consider that pastils contain sugar.

Not to apply to patients with glucose galactose absorption disturbance.

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Safety of use of drug during pregnancy or feeding by a breast was not studied.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. There is no information concerning influence of drug on speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms.

Children. Considering a dosage form, it is not recommended to apply to children up to 6 years.

Side effects:

From a digestive tract: stomatitis, burning sensation, tingling or mouth and throat pain, pain and hypostasis of lips, language, throat, glossitis, glossodynia, dyspepsia, nausea.

Allergic reactions: hypersensitivity reactions (e that number skin rashes, itch, Quincke's disease, small tortoiseshell, erythema).

Interaction with other medicines:

Any interactions are not revealed.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Overdose:

The overdose can be shown in the form of discomfort from a digestive tract that passes independently after drug withdrawal and does not demand special medical events. Strengthening of manifestations of side reactions is possible.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity - 3 years. Not to use drug after the termination of the period of validity specified on packaging. To store at a temperature not above 30 °C in the dark place protected from influence of moisture, dust and sunshine. To store in the place, unavailable to children.
