General characteristics. Structure:

Deysvuyushchy substance: 0,5 g of streptocide of sodium, 0,477 g of sulphathiazole of sodium, 0,01 g of methyl-isopropyl phenol, 0,01 eucalyptuses of leaves of oil, 0,01 g of a peppermint of leaves of oil.

Excipients: глицерол, ethanol of 95%, sucrose, polysorbate 80, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The soluble streptocides which are a part of drug have antimicrobic effect concerning the gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria causing diseases of an oral cavity and a throat.

Methyl-isopropyl phenol, an eucalyptus of leaves oil and a peppermint of leaves oil is rendered antifungal (concerning sort Candida mushrooms), antimicrobic, antiinflammatory and easy analgesic effect.

Pharmacokinetics. Drug forms therapeutic concentration mainly in the inflammation center. Streptocide of sodium and sulphathiazole of sodium are partially soaked up. Both drugs back contact blood proteins: sodium streptocide for 12-14%, sodium sulphathiazole for 55%.

In the course of biotransformation acetylized forms of drugs in the form of which they are brought by kidneys are formed. The elimination half-life of streptocide of sodium makes 10 hours, sodium-1,2 sulphathiazole hour.

Indications to use:

Acute and chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity, throat and nasopharynx: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, aphthous and stomacace.

Route of administration and doses:

Before irrigation of companies and the drink is rinsed warm boiled water. From affected areas of an oral cavity (an ulcer, an erosion) by means of tampons delete a necrotic plaque.
