General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,02 g of a tsimitsifuga of extract dry with the maintenance of the sum of triterpenovy glycosides in terms of 27-deoksiaktein 2,5%.

Auxiliary components of a kernel: cellulose microcrystallic, potato starch, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid.

Auxiliary components of a cover: gipromelloza (E464, gidroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza), titanium dioxide (E171), polysorbate-80 (tvin80), macrogoal-400 (E1521, polyethyleneglycol 400), dye ferrous oxide red, dye ferrous oxide brown (FERRONAT).

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. QI-KLIM has estrogenopodobny effect, shows sedative properties, makes positive therapeutic impact on the autonomic nervous system.

QI-KLIM reduces the FSG and LG levels, increases oestradiol level that leads to elimination of early climacteric frustration (psychoemotional and vegeto-vascular disturbances) and the delayed climacteric frustration connected with the lowered level of estrogen.

The therapeutic effect of drug QI-KLIM develops gradually and is shown approximately in 2-4 weeks of treatment.

Indications to use:

Vegeto-vascular and psychoemotional frustration in pre-, meno-and a postmenopause ("inflows", the increased perspiration, a sleep disorder, the increased nervous irritability, change of mood, apathy, etc.).

The frustration connected with decrease in level of estrogen in the period of a menopause.

Route of administration and doses:

ЦИ-КЛИМ® accept inside on 1 tablet (without chewing, washing down with a small amount of liquid) 2 times a day, whenever possible, at the same time days (in the morning and in the evening). Duration of treatment is defined by the doctor.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Drug should not be used during pregnancy and feeding by a breast. In need of purpose of drug in the period of a lactation breastfeeding should be stopped.

• Without consultation of the doctor it is not necessary to accept drug more than 3 months
• Drug in the recommended doses does not exert impact on ability to drive the car and to work with cars
• At change of character of a menstrual cycle, and also at the long or other again arising complaints it is necessary to see a doctor
• At approach of pregnancy it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to see a doctor

Side effects:

Allergic reactions to drug components are possible. Emergence of pain in epigastric area and increase in body weight is in rare instances possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Due to a possibility of overdose it is not recommended to accept with other drugs containing tsimitsifug extract.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, it is oestrogenic - dependent tumors.

With care: an abnormal liver function, epilepsy, diseases and brain injuries (use is possible only after consultation with the doctor).

With care to apply the patient with a renal failure easy and moderate severity. Before use of drug it is obligatory for the persons having chronic diseases to consult with the doctor.

Overdose:

At accidental use of drug in the doses considerably exceeding recommended dyspepsia, a gastralgia, an abnormal liver function can be observed.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.
