Citramonum - M

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: 1 tablet contains - acetylsalicylic acid of 0,24 g, paracetamol of 0,18 g, caffeine of 0,03 g, citric acid of 0,004 g;

excipients: potato starch, polyvinylpirrolidone low-molecular medical, ascorbic acid, calcium stearate, cocoa.

Pharmacological properties:

Possesses anesthetic, febrifugal, antiinflammatory effects. The anesthetizing action is shown in 30-40 min., febrifugal - in 50-60 min. after administration of drug and remains throughout 2-3 hour.

Indications to use:

The weak or moderate expressed pain syndrome, head, a dentagra, migraine, neuralgia, an arthralgia, the rheumatic diseases, primary dysmenorrhea and diseases which are followed by fever of various origin.

Route of administration and doses:

If it is not appointed differently the adult accept on 1 tablet 2-3 times a day after food, washing down with a small amount of water. The highest daily dose for adults - 6 tablets (in 3 receptions).
The course of treatment depends on efficiency of therapy, does not exceed 10 days.

Side effects:

Drug is usually well transferred. Allergic reactions, ulcer and hemorrhagic damages of a mucous membrane of a stomach and a 12-perstny gut, an exacerbation of bronchial asthma, gepato-and the nephrotoxic phenomena are sometimes possible. In case of undesirable reactions consult to the doctor of rather further use of drug.

Contraindications:

Peptic ulcer of a stomach and 12-perstny gut, gastrointestinal bleeding, the lowered coagulability of blood, heavy disturbances of functions of a liver and kidneys, the first trimester of pregnancy, the lactation period, deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy, individual intolerance of acetylsalicylic acid or paracetamol.
