Гинкоум®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,04 g or 0,08 g of a ginkgo of bilobed extract dry with the maintenance of the sum of flavonoids in terms of Rutinum of 24% and terpenic lactones of 5%.

Excipients: cellulose microcrystallic, calcium stearate, gelatinous solid capsules (capsule case components: ferrous oxide black E 172, ferrous oxide red E 172, titanium E 171 dioxide, ferrous oxide yellow E 172, gelatin; capsule cover components: ferrous oxide black E 172, ferrous oxide red E 172, titanium E 171 dioxide, ferrous oxide yellow E 172, gelatin).

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Improves cerebral circulation and supply of a brain with oxygen and glucose. Has vazoreguliruyushchy influence preferential on brain vessels. Improves a blood stream, interferes with aggregation of thrombocytes. Interferes with education of free radicals.

Indications to use:

• the disturbances of cerebral circulation which are followed by disorders of attention, a memory impairment, decrease in mental abilities, dizziness, a sonitus, a headache;
• the disturbances of peripheric circulation and microcirculation which are followed by a cryesthesia in extremities, pain when walking, painful spasms and weight in legs, paresthesias;
• the dysfunctions of an inner ear which are shown dizziness, unstable gait and a sonitus.

Route of administration and doses:

If the doctor did not recommend other mode of dosing, to adhere to the following recommendations about administration of drug:

• For a symptomatic treatment of frustration of cerebral circulation:
On 1-2 capsules (respectively 40-80 mg of the standardized dry extract of a ginkgo of a bilob) 3 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment – not less than 8 weeks.
• At disturbances of peripheric circulation: on 1 capsule (respectively 40 mg of the standardized dry extract of a ginkgo of a bilob) 3 times in denyil on 2 capsules (respectively 80 mg of the standardized dry extract of a ginkgo of a bilob) 2 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment – not less than 6 weeks.
• At vascular or involutional pathology of an inner ear: on 1 capsule (respectively 40 mg of the standardized dry extract of a ginkgo of a bilob) 3 times in denyil on 2 capsules (respectively 80 mg of the standardized dry extract of a ginkgo of a bilob) 2 times a day. Capsules should be accepted, washing down with a small amount of liquid, irrespective of meal.

If administration of drug was missed or its insufficient quantity, the subsequent reception it was accepted it is necessary to carry out as it is specified in this instruction without any changes.

Features of use:

Attention! All instructions have to be observed strictly! In case of sudden deterioration or a hearing loss it is necessary to see a doctor immediately. Consultation of the doctor is also necessary at frequent dizziness and a sonitus.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (reddening, puffiness of skin, itch), dyspepsia, headache, decrease in coagulability of blood, hearing disorder, dizziness are possible. If you observe any undesirable phenomena at administration of drug, report about them, please, to your attending physician.

Interaction with other medicines:

Interaction of the drug Ginkoum® with the medicines possessing anticoagulative action is not excluded.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to components, the lowered coagulability of blood, erosive gastritis, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum in aggravation stages, acute disorders of cerebral circulation, pregnancy, the lactation period, children's age (up to 12 years) (due to the lack of enough clinical data).

Overdose:

Drug overdose cases were not registered so far.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A drug Ginkoum® period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Capsules of 40 mg or 80 mg. On 15 capsules in a blister strip packaging. On 30, 60 capsules in banks polymeric. On 1, 2, 3 either 4 planimetric cell upavkovka or each can together with the application instruction place in a pack cardboard.
