Yonosteril

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 6,43 g of sodium of chloride, 393 g of Kalii acetas, 3,674 g of sodium of acetate, 261 g of calcium of acetate, 261 g of magnesium of aspartate (anhydrous).

Electrolytic structure: Na + 137 mmol/l, Ca2 + 1.65 mmol/l, Cl-of 110 mmol/l, K+ of 4 mmol/l, Mg2 + 1.25 mmol/l, CH3COO-36.8 mmol/l, pH 5.0-7.0, titrable acidity of 1-10 mmol of NaOH/l, theoretical osmolarity 291 ¼«ß¼/l.

Excipients: water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Effect of drug is directed to correction of water and electrolytic balance, an acid-base state and content of water. The imbalance of these factors is a heavy pathophysiological syndrome which causes disturbance of processes of metabolism and leads to serious, life-threatening effects.

Indications to use:

Extracellular (isotonic) dehydration of various genesis:

— diarrhea;

— vomiting;

— fistulas;

— drainages;

— intestinal impassability.

Primary completion of volume at losses of blood and burns.

Route of administration and doses:

For intravenous injection. The maximum speed of infusion is 3 ml/kg of mass of body/h, i.e. 70 thaws/min., or 210 ml/h at the body weight of 70 kg.

Maximum dose of 40 ml/kg of mass of bodies/days.

Features of use:

Use at renal failures. It is contraindicated at a heavy renal failure.

Special instructions. Not to use Yonosteril after a period of validity.

To apply only if solution is transparent and packaging is not damaged.

Side effects:

When using according to the instruction are not described.

Interaction with other medicines:

So far were not noted.

Contraindications:

— hypostases;

— hypertensive dehydration;

— renal failure of heavy degree.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children! A period of validity - 5 years.
