Active ingredients: 70 mg of powder cleared Balsamodendron mukul Purified kommifor *, 300 mg of extract of a gamboge of Cambodian (Garcinia cambogia) *, 10 mg of extract of a gimnema of forest (Gymnema sylvestre) *, 10 mg of extract of a bombway of a hebula (Terminalia chebula) *, 10 mg of extract of a trigonella of hay (Trigonella foenum graeceum).

Excipients: microcrystallic cellulose.

Nutrition value on 100 g: proteins - 0 g, fats - 4 g, carbohydrates - 0 g. Energy value: 35,41 kcal.

Indications to use:

It is recommended as means for maintenance in physiological limits of functional activity of an organism. Reception of capsules Ayurslim is recommended to persons with excess body weight.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. On 1-2 capsules 2 times a day after food. It is recommended to accept continuously up to 4 months.

Features of use:

• To limit the use of fats and easily assimilable carbohydrates (sugar).
• To limit alcohol intake and sweet carbonated drinks which increase appetite.
• It is recommended to increase water consumption and/or green tea during the day that promotes removal of toxins (slags) and maintenance of water salt balance.
• It is recommended to increase an exercise stress (slow walk burns 200 kcal/hour, bystry walking of 300 kcal/hour, jogging of 600 kcal/hour).
