General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: the standardized extract of a ginkgo of a bilob (EGb 761) of 14 mg, including a ginkgo of heterosites of 24%      of ginkgolidov-bilobalid of 6% of a geptaminol a hydrochloride of 300 mg троксерутин 300 mg

Excipients: silicon dioxide of colloid 2 mg, magnesium stearate of 9 mg.

Structure of the case of the capsule: ferrous oxide yellow (E172), titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin.
Structure of a lid of the capsule: ferrous oxide yellow (E172), indigo carmine (E132), titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug used at disturbances of venous blood circulation. Has kapillyaroprotektorny activity: increases resistance of a wall of capillaries to damage, reduces permeability of vascular walls, improves microcirculation and a venous blood stream. Reduces pain.

Pharmacokinetics. Effect of drug is cumulative action of its components therefore carrying out kinetic observations is not possible; everything together components cannot be tracked by means of markers or bioresearches. For the same reason it is impossible to find also metabolites of drug.

Indications to use:

— the disturbances of venous blood circulation of the lower extremities which are shown heavy feeling, paresthesias, onychalgias;
— chronic hemorrhoids.

Route of administration and doses:

At venous and lymphatic insufficiency (including at chronic hemorrhoids) appoint on 1 капс. 2 times / сут.утром and in the evening.
At acute hemorrhoids appoint on 3-4 капс. / days in the morning and in the evening, the course of treatment usually makes 5-15 days.

Features of use:

Geptaminol who is a part of drug can cause positive reaction at anti-doping control in athletes.

Side effects:

At use according to indications in the recommended doses side effect is not revealed.

Interaction with other medicines:

At simultaneous use of drug Ginkor Fort with MAO inhibitors increase in the ABP is possible.

Contraindications:

— hyperthyroidism;
— simultaneous use of MAO inhibitors.

Drug use Ginkor Fort according to indications in II and III trimesters of pregnancy is possible.
In pilot studies it is established that drug has no teratogenic effect.

Overdose:

Symptoms: increase in the ABP, tachycardia.
Treatment: carry out symptomatic therapy.

Storage conditions:

It is necessary to store drug at a temperature from 15 ° to 25 °C.
