General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: biclotymol of 5 mg; lysozyme hydrochloride of 5 mg; эноксолон 5 mg

Excipients: oil lemon.

Pharmacological properties:

Geksaliz — the combined drug showing long-term local effect. The antiseptic, analgeziruyushchy, antiinflammatory, clearing action of drug is caused by availability of 3 active ingredients.
Biclotymol has bactericidal effect concerning stafilokokk, streptococci and korineformny bacteria. Coagulates proteins of a microbic cell.
Biclotymol and эноксолон have antiinflammatory and analgeziruyushchy effect.
The lysozyme — natural полимукосахарид — has antibacterial effect of rather gram-positive bacteria and shows antiviral activity. On the other hand, it strengthens humoral host and local cellular defense. Inhibiting a histamine, the lysozyme takes part in antiinflammatory reaction, and also promotes bystry removal of products of metabolism of the damaged fabrics.
Drug is soaked up through a mucous membrane very slowly that provides its long presence at an oral cavity.

Indications to use:

Topical treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity, throat and throat: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, stomatitis, ulitis, periodontosis, inflammation of gingival edge.

Route of administration and doses:

Tablets hold in a mouth, without chewing, to a full rassasyvaniye. To adults and children 6 years are aged more senior appoint 6–8 tablets a day.

Features of use:

It is not necessary to use drug more than 10 days as it can cause disturbance of normal microflora of an oral cavity with risk of development of steady bacterial or fungal (candidiasis) microflora. If for 10 days treatment by drug does not result in clinical effect, then it is necessary to conduct repeated examination of the patient.

Side effects:

Manifestations of allergic reactions, including hypostasis of lips, urticaria, skin rash, an erythema, a Quincke's disease are in some cases possible. Taking into account the content in drug of methylparahydroxybenzoate and soy lecithin development of allergic reactions in certain groups of patients is possible.

Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Overdose:
