Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug strengthens a brain blood stream and improves metabolic processes in a brain. Expands vessels of a brain and strengthens its oxygenation, promotes glucose utilization. Reduces aggregation of thrombocytes. Inhibits phosphodiesterase, increasing the level of cyclic adenosinemonophosphate in fabrics, influencing metabolism of noradrenaline and serotonin.

Pharmacokinetics. After administration of drug inside the Vinpocetine is well and quickly adsorbed from digestive tract. bioavailability of drug makes 70%. The maximum concentration in a blood plasma is noted in 1 hour after reception. Value of therapeutic concentration of a Vinpocetine in plasma is made by from 10 to 20 ng/ml. The elimination half-life makes 4,8 hours.

Indications to use:
