Pharmacokinetics. Absorption after intake - bystry, high, bioavailability - 40%; TCmax at oral administration of 500 mg is 2 h, Cmax - 3-4 ng/ml.

Route of administration and doses:

The mode of dosing is set individually depending on weight of a current and localization of an infection, sensitivity of the activator to drug.

Ampicillini trihdras is accepted inside irrespective of meal. The single dose for adults makes 0,25-0,5 g, daily - 1-3 g. To children drug appoint 50-100 mg/kg of body weight in a daily dose. To children with body weight to 20 kg appoint 12,5-25 mg/kg.

The daily dose is divided into 3-4 receptions. Therapy duration is established by Ampicillini trihdras individually depending on weight of a form of a disease and efficiency of treatment.

Contraindications:

Use of Ampicillini trihdras is contraindicated at hypersensitivity to drugs of group of penicillin and other betalaktamny antibiotics.
