Diclofenac of 1%

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 10 mg of diclofenac натрияю

Excipients: lactic acid of 40%, isopropanol (isopropyl alcohol), ethanol (alcohol of ethyl 95%), disodium sulfite technical, карбопол (carbomer), троламин, the water purified.

The gel possessing the antiinflammatory, anesthetizing, analgeziruyushchy action.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Active component diclofenac - the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug having the expressed analgeziruyushchy and antiinflammatory properties. Not selectively oppressing type cyclooxygenase 1 and 2, breaks metabolism of arachidonic acid and synthesis of prostaglandins which are the main link in development of an inflammation. Diclofenac is used for elimination of a pain syndrome and reduction of the puffiness connected with inflammatory process.

Pharmacokinetics. At the recommended way of putting drug no more than 6% of diclofenac are absorbed

Indications to use:

- musculoskeletal system diseases: a pseudorheumatism, the psoriasis arthritis ankylosing a spondylarthritis, an osteoarthrosis of peripheral joints and a backbone; rheumatic defeats of soft tissues;

- muscular pains of a rheumatic and not rheumatic origin;

- traumatic damages of soft tissues.  

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly. To adults and children 12 years drug are more senior apply on skin 3-4 times a day and slightly rub.

The necessary amount of drug depends on the size of a painful zone. A single dose of drug - 2-4 g (4-8 cm at completely open mouth of a tuba).

To children from 6 to 12 years to use no more than 2 g of drug to 2 times a day. Treatment duration without consultation of the doctor should not exceed 10 days  

Contraindications:

- hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other components of drug, acetylsalicylic acid or other NPVP;
- the bronchial asthma, a small tortoiseshell or acute rhinitis provoked by reception of acetylsalicylic acid or other NPVP;
- pregnancy (the III trimester), the lactation period, children's age (up to 6 years), disturbance of integrity of integuments.

With care: a hepatic porphyria (aggravation), digestive tract erosive cankers, heavy abnormal liver functions and kidneys, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, advanced age, children's age up to 12 years, pregnancy (I and II trimester), disturbances of coagulability of blood (including hemophilia, lengthening of a bleeding time, tendency to bleedings)

Storage conditions:

List B. In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children, the Period of validity 2 years. Not to use after the expiry date specified on packaging.
