General characteristics. Structure:

Acting substance: hawthorn fruits, marjoram grass, motherwort grass, nettle leaves, sage leaves, belladonna leaves, alcohol of ethyl 40%.

Pharmacological properties:

The therapeutic effect of drug is caused by a synergism of its components. Klimapin renders specific neurooestrogenic effect (softly stimulates function of gonads, possesses the expressed sedative action, improves a brain and coronary blood stream, reduces sweating, increases reduction of a uterus and coagulability of blood, stimulates work of all glands of a digestive tract, possesses hypolipidemic, antiseptic, antimicrobic and cholinolytic action). Possesses the expressed hypotensive action immunostimulating and stressoprotektorny effect. Drug is well soaked up from digestive tract. The clinical effect occurs in 30 min. after reception and reaches a maximum in 1-2 h. The effect is observed after use from 7 to 10 days.

Indications to use:

Menopausal syndrome; Arterial hypertension of various etiology; Cardioneuroses, stenocardia; Psychasthenic states; Algodismenorrey, amenorrhea.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is accepted inside of 10-20 by drops to 1 teaspoon in 30 minutes prior to food in a small amount of water 3-4 times a day. A course of treatment – 21 days. Side effects:

At hypersensitivity to drug components, allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications:
