Reamberin of 1,5% solution for infusions

General characteristics. Structure:

Acting a component: a meglumina of sodium succinate - 15,0 g, received on the following copy-book: N-metilglyukamina (meglumina) - 8,725 g, succinic acid - 5,280 g; Excipients: sodium chloride - 6,0 g, potassium chloride - 0,30 g, magnesium chloride (in terms of anhydrous) – 0,12 g, sodium hydroxide – 1,788 g, water for injections to 1,0 l. Description: transparent colourless liquid.

Pharmacological properties:

Reamberin possesses anti-hypoxemic and antioxidant action, rendering positive effect on aerobic processes in a cell, reducing products of free radicals and recovering energy potential of cells. Drug activates enzymatic processes of a tricarbonic acid cycle and promotes utilization of fatty acids and glucose cells, normalizes acid-base balance and gas composition of blood. Possesses moderate diuretic action. At intravenous administration drug is quickly utilized and does not collect in an organism.

Indications to use:

Reamberin apply at adults and children since 1 as anti-hypoxemic and disintoxication cure for acute endogenous and exogenous intoxications of various etiology.

Route of administration and doses:

Adult: Reamberin enter intravenously kapelno with a speed up to 90 thaws/minute (1–4,5 ml/minute) - 400-800 ml/days. Rate of administering of drug and a dosage are defined according to severity of a disease of the patient. To children: enter intravenously kapelno at the rate of 6-10 ml/kg of body weight daily 1 time a day with a speed of 3-4 ml/min., but it is no more than 400 ml in days. A course of administration of drug up to 11 days.

Features of use:

In view of activation by drug of aerobic processes in an organism decrease in concentration of glucose in blood, alkalinization of blood and urine is possible.

Side effects:

At bystry administration of drug short-term reactions in the form of feeling of heat and reddening of an upper body are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

It is well combined with antibiotics, water-soluble vitamins, glucose solution.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance, the state after a craniocereberal injury which is followed by brain hypostasis, the expressed renal failures, pregnancy, the lactation period.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature from 0 °C to 25 °C. Drug freezing is allowed. At discoloration of solution or existence of a deposit use of drug is inadmissible. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity of 5 years in bottles glass. 2 years in containers polymeric. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Packaging:

Solution for infusions of 1,5% in bottles on 100, 200 and 400 ml or in containers polymeric on 250 and 500 ml. Each bottle is placed in a pack from a cardboard with the put application instruction. Containers polymeric together with instructions on a medical use on 5, 10, 15 or 20 pieces place in group packaging (for hospitals).
