БИОЦЕРУЛИН®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 ampoule or a bottle (one dose) contains 100 mg of ceruloplasmin. Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Ceruloplasmin – the cupriferous multipurpose enzyme representing a glycoprotein alpha глобулиновой fractions of donor plasma of the person. Increases stability of cellular membranes (antioxidant action, braking of peroxide oxidation of lipids), participates in ion exchange, immunity reactions, stimulates a hemogenesis (a red sprout of a hemopoiesis), reduces intoxication. Participates in nonspecific protective processes of an organism from harmful factors.

Pharmacokinetics. It was not investigated in connection with a natural origin of drug.

Indications to use:

- for decrease in intoxication and maintenance of an immunoreactivity when carrying out the complex, combined chemotherapy of oncological patients, including patients with hemoblastoses at moderately expressed intoxication;

- when carrying out preoperative preparation (especially weakened patients - with anemia, intoxication and exhaustion);

- during the early postoperative period (at a massive operational loss of blood, it is purulent - septic complications);

- for stimulation of a hemogenesis;

- in complex therapy of patients with acute and chronic osteomyelitis.

Route of administration and doses:

The drug is administered intravenously kapelno, with a speed of 30 thaws a minute.

Before introduction contents of a bottle or an ampoule dissolve 5% of solution of glucose or 0,9% of solution of sodium of chloride in 200 ml. The single dose usually makes 60-100 mg daily or every other day, depending on a condition of the patient. The course of treatment consists of 5 injections. Total dose of-300-500 mg.

The oncological patient during preoperative preparation ^{of Biotserulin®vvodyat} in a dose of 0,5 mg/kg of body weight daily or every other day. A course of treatment (taking into account a condition of the patient) – to 10 introductions. During the postoperative period the dose of drug is defined by size poterikroviisostavlyat from 0,5 mg/kg (at a small loss of blood) to 1,5 mg/kg (at a big loss of blood). When carrying out chemotherapy the single dose makes 1-1,5 mg/kg, a course of treatment of-10-14 injections (on 3 introductions to week). For patients with a hemoblastosis the single dose makes 0,5-1,0 mg/kg, a course of treatment of-5-8 injections (daily, once a day). At acute osteomyelitis the single dose makes 1 mg/kg. The course of treatment consists of 5 injections which are appointed daily or every other day. At chronic osteomyelitis the drug is administered on 2 mg/kg by 2-3 times with an interval of 1-2 days, and then on 1 mg/kg of 3-7 times every other day.

Features of use:

If the patient receives corticosteroid drugs in high doses and there is a risk of development of a steroid diabetes mellitus, ^{Biotserulin®sleduyet} to dissolve in 0,9% chloride sodium solution.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. Due to a possibility of emergence of side reactions speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms can decrease.

Side effects:

At use of drug of a vozmozhny:oshchushcheniye of rushes of blood to the person, nausea, a fever, short-term fervescence, skin rashes (urticaria). In these cases reduce a dose and rate of administering or cancel drug. Experience of clinical use shows that most often side effects are connected with increase in speed of infusion of drug. At slow drop introduction drug is, as a rule, transferred well.

Interaction with other medicines:

At administration of drug its mixing with other medicines is not allowed. At simultaneous use of the drug divorced in 5% glucose solution, and corticosteroid medicines in high doses the risk of development of a diabetes mellitus increases.

Contraindications:

Use of drug is contraindicated at hypersensitivity to drugs of a proteinaceous origin.

Overdose:

It was not observed.

Storage conditions:

To store in unavailable to children, the dry place, at a temperature from 2 °C to 8 °C.
