Heart failure is a morbid condition at which cordial emission does not correspond to requirement of an organism owing to decrease in pumping function of heart.
Symptoms of Heart failure:
In clinical practice distinguish acute and chronic, left ventricular and right ventricular failure, and also three stages of insufficiency of blood circulations. The I stage is characterized by short wind, tachycardia, fatigue only at an exercise stress. In the II stage there are clinical signs of stagnation in bodies and fabrics which are followed by reversible disturbances of their function. This stage is subdivided on ON (signs of stagnation are unsharply expressed and are defined preferential only in small or only in a big circle of blood circulation) also by IIB (considerable hemodynamic disturbances come to light in both circles of blood circulation, are followed by hypostasis of bodies and fabrics). In the III stage to the signs inherent to stage IIB, irreversible morphological changes of bodies owing to their long hypoxia, proteinaceous dystrophy, development of a sclerosis in them join (a hemosiderosis of lungs, cirrhosis, etc.). Allocate also preclinical stage of heart failure which recognition is possible only in the conditions of loading tests with use of special tool methods.
Reasons of Heart failure:
Can be the cause a heart overload the increased volume of blood or (and) pressure (at heart diseases, a hypertension, a pulmonary heart, etc.), and also decrease in sokratitelny function of a myocardium at reduction of its weight (a myocardial infarction, a postinfarction cardiosclerosis, heart aneurism, etc.), degenerative changes (at an amyloidosis, hemochromatosis, etc.), myocarditis, a cardiomyopathy, a myocardial dystrophy of various etiology.
Treatment of Heart failure:
Treatment of heart failure depends on its form.
