Amniografiya represents the radiological method of a research having those advantages in comparison with a usual radiological method that there is an opportunity to diagnose pathology of soft tissues, some defects of digestive tract and pathology of a skeleton.
Before performance of an amniografiya it is necessary to find out whether the pregnant woman transfers drugs of iodine and to carry out a sensitivity test to that contrast agent which will be entered into an amniotic bag. Most widely apply Hypaque (75%) which in number of 0,5 ml is entered slowly within 1 min. In 15 min. it is possible to start a research.
The amniografiya technique at medical emergencies in obstetric practice using Verografinum is developed.
