Perinephric blockade - at this type of anesthesia solution of novocaine or other anesthetic is entered into pararenal cellulose where extends and influences neuroplexes – a renal texture, an abdominal brain, and also celiac nerves. It is especially important and widely applied in such situations as shocks at which switching off of an afferent painful impulsation is one of the main pathogenetic actions, and also at a nephrolithiasis, a bad attack of renal colic, and also as an additional component at the anesthesia which is carried out before operative measures on bodies of a small pelvis and retroperitoneal space. Previously having defined indications to use, resolve an issue of need of carrying out one – or bilateral anesthesia.
Point by which it is necessary to be guided at introduction of a needle with solution of novocaine or other anesthetic is the vertex of angle, formed on the one hand by the longest muscles of a back, and on the other hand – the twelfth edge. In this case the risk of penetration of an infection into a cavity of a small pelvis and development of peritonitis is very high.

Contraindications and precautionary measures, as well as in the previous cases, are connected with a possibility of development of overdose by drug and emergence of allergic reaction to it.
