Pharmacological properties:

Drug contains in high concentration of an antibody specific to Toxoplasma gondii: in one dose (1.5 ml) - not less than 900 ME. Compensates for the deficiency of antibodies of the specified specificity which is available in an organism.

Indications to use:

Apply to treatment of pregnant women of patients with a toxoplasmosis and related obstetric pathology, and also patients with defeat against the background of a toxoplasmosis of urogenital ways.

Route of administration and doses:

The first course of treatment of pregnant women with symptoms of a toksoplazmenny infection or chronic toxoplasmosis and the related obstetric pathology is carried out after 12 - 15 weeks of pregnancy. Immunoglobulin is entered intramusculary on 1.5 ml of 1 times in 3 days a course 7 - 10 injections. Second is treated after 30 weeks of pregnancy according to the same scheme.

According to the same scheme the first course of treatment of patients with symptoms of defeat of urogenital ways against the background of a toxoplasmosis is conducted. The second year of treatment to patients is conducted in 4 weeks after the first. Drug is used under observation of the doctor.

And in the next 3 days antihistaminic drugs are recommended to the patients having allergic diseases or having them in the anamnesis in day of administration of immunoglobulin. Side effects:

Reactions to administration of immunoglobulin, as a rule, are absent. In rare instances there can be local reactions in the form of a hyperemia and temperature increase to 37.5 ^{° C} within the first days. With the changed reactivity drug can cause reactions of an allergy of different type in certain people, and in exclusively exceptional cases - an acute anaphylaxis. Contraindications:
