Pharmacological action
Ekslyuton does not contain estrogen in the structure and contains only a progestagenny component - линэстренол. At hit in an organism линэстренол Norethisteronum which, in turn, contacts progesterone receptors in target organs including to a muscular wall of a uterus will be transformed to biologically active metabolite.
Contraceptive effect of drug Ekslyuton is reached due to increase in degree of viscosity of cervical slime that interferes with advance of spermatozoa, reduction of sensitivity of an internal mucous membrane of a body of the womb to a female sex cell during maturing, disturbance of wavy reduction of walls of uterine tubes.
