Moriamin forte

Moriamin forte – the drug of the combined action including vitamins and irreplaceable amino acids in the balanced proportion; the complex accelerates regeneration of structural components of cells, normalization of a metabolism, stimulation of immunotyre-tread properties of an organism, promotes delay of age changes, the accelerated recovery of working capacity during overfatigue and/or reconvalescence, reduces destructive action of adverse factors of the environment, fills a vitamin deficiency.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form of Moriamin forte – capsules: gelatinous firm; the lid – transparent, dark red, is put white color an overprint "MM 888", the case – transparent, colourless; in the capsule granules of various flowers – translucent, yellowish, red-pink, orange, dark brown and white contain (on 10 pieces in a blister strip packaging from PVC of a film, 3 or 10 packagings in a package from aluminum foil, 1 package in a cardboard pack of a protective sticker hologram).

1 capsule contains active ingredients:

• 5-oxyanthranilic acid a hydrochloride – 200 mkg;
• L-valine – 6700 mkg;
• L-izoleytsin – 5900 mkg;
• L-leucine – 18 300 mkg;
• L-lysine a hydrochloride – 18 300 mkg;
• L-methionine – 18 400 mkg;
• L-threonine – 4200 mkg;
• L-tryptophane – 5000 mkg;
• L-phenylalanine – 5000 mkg;
• _{B1 vitamin} (thiamin mononitrate) – 5000 mkg;
• _{B2 vitamin} (Riboflavinum) – 3000 mkg;
• _{B6 vitamin} (a pyridoxine a hydrochloride) – 2500 mkg;
• _{B12 vitamin} (cyanocobalamine) – 1 mkg;
• Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol acetate) – 1000 mkg;
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – 20 000 mkg;
• _{D2 vitamin} (ergocalciferol) – 5 mkg that there correspond 200 ME ergocalciferols;
• Vitamin A (Retinolum palmitate) – 1100 mkg that there correspond 2000 ME Retinolums of palmitate;
• Calcium pantothenate – 5000 mkg;
• Niacinamide – 20 000 mkg;
• Folic acid – 200 mkg.

Auxiliary components: lactoses monohydrate, potato starch, cellulose microcrystallic, titanium dioxide, karmelloza of calcium, methyl cellulose, macrogoal-6000, hypro rod, aluminum silicate, dye quinolinic yellow (Е 104), dye azoruby (Е 122), dye brown chocolate.

Indications to use

• Therapy of the hypoalbuminemia accompanying various diseases, such as a hepatocirrhosis, chronic diseases of a liver, a chronic renal failure owing to which in blood serum the balance of nitrogen is broken and is formed a lack of protein;
• Recovery and food of an organism after surgeries or at malignant tumors;
• Hypovitaminosis (therapy and prevention);
• The increased need for microelements, mineral substances and vitamins at intensive physical or cerebration, pregnancy, reconvalescence, intoxication, stressful situations, defective and unbalanced food, in the postoperative period, after radiation therapy, in the period of a lactation, during the strengthened growth of children and teenagers.

Contraindications

• Hypervitaminosis;
• Children's age up to 3 years;
• Hypersensitivity to any of complex components.

Moriamin forte take at a diabetes mellitus with caution.

Route of administration and dosage

Capsules accept inside, washing down with water in enough, irrespective of meal. If the capsule cannot be swallowed entirely, it is recommended to stir its contents in warm milk, water or liquid food with the neutral environment. Mix from granules is required to be accepted immediately, storage of granulate or solution without capsular cover is not allowed.

The recommended dosing mode for prevention:

• Children of 3-6 years – 1 capsule a day;
• Children are more senior than 6 years and adult – 2 capsules a day.

Duration of a preventive course is from 3 months and more. Continuation or repetition of reception of Moriamin forte is in case of need allowed.

The recommended dosing mode for therapy:

• Children of 3-6 years – 1 capsule a day;
• Children of 6-12 years – 1 capsule 3 times a day;
• Children are more senior than 12 years and adult – 1-2 capsules 3 times a day.

Duration of a therapeutic course of 2 months, in case of need it it is possible to prolong or repeat.

In the I trimester of pregnancy accept on 1 capsule a day, in II and the III trimester – 2 capsules a day.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

Special instructions

Bioavailability of components of Moriamin forte reaches 98% thanks to special technology of a granulation.

When using drug coloring of urine in yellowish color owing to existence in composition _{of B2 vitamin} is possible.

Simultaneous use of a vitamin and mineral complex with other means containing vitamins is not recommended.

In the presence of a diabetes mellitus Moriamin forte apply after medical consultation.

Medicinal interaction

• Ascorbic acid – reduces the speed of removal of salicylates, barbiturates, streptocides;
• Guanyl guanidines – reduce cyanocobalamine absorption;
• Vinblastine, bleomycin, ftoruratsit, Cisplatinum – is broken by digestion of vitamins A, _{B1 and B6};
• The isoniazid, Penicillaminum – reduce efficiency _{of B1 vitamin}, strengthening his metabolism, isoniazid – reduces efficiency of a pyridoxine;
• The methotrexate, Sulfasalazinum, Pyrimethaminum, Trimethoprimum, Triamterenum, antiepileptic medicines – reduce absorption of folic acid, causing deficit of folates;
• The pyridoxine – increases decarboxylation in peripheral fabrics of a levodopa;
• Antiepileptic drugs – increase metabolism of ergocalciferol and its removal with bile;
• Cardiac glycosides – increase probability of development of the hypercalcemia caused by ergocalciferol;
• The laxatives containing mineral oil and Colestyraminum – reduce digestion of vitamins A, E and D;
• Peroral contraceptive means (are oestrogenic) – increase in blood serum concentration of vitamins A and With, reduce concentration of folic acid.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the dry, dark place, at a temperature not above 30 °C. To protect from children.

Period of validity – 3 years.
