Promisan
Application instruction:
Promisan is the dietary supplement, a source of flavonoids which is positively influencing functions of a female genital.
Structure and form of release of Promisan
Promisan produce 550 mg in capsules. The main operating components of drug are extract of green tea, extract of plants from family of a cruciferae family and premix mineral. Additional components of Promisan are lactose and aerosil.
According to the instruction, Promisan (each capsule) contains not less than 45 mg of epigallokatekhin-3-gallate and 90 mg of indole-3-carbinol. Besides, at drug there are mineral substances, necessary for an organism: iodine, copper, iron, zinc, selenium, manganese.
Release 30 and 120 capsules in packaging. Promisan's analog are capsules Indinol.
Pharmacological action of Promisan
In our country the statistics on quantity of oncological diseases annually increases. Constantly patients with this scary diagnosis, and, preferential already at late stages of cancer are registered. Unfortunately, owing to various circumstances, its diagnosis at early stages in our country presents certain difficulties for this reason we occupy one of the leading places by quantity of death from cancer.
People of any age and floor are subject to cancer. Statistically, women have the most vulnerable a reproductive system and mammary glands.
Today the medicine did not think up cancer medicine at its late stages yet, however there are more and more medicines capable to fight successfully against this dreadful disease at 1 and 2 stages. According to the instruction, Promisan it is possible to carry to these drugs. This dietary supplement all a few years ago by scientific scientific research institutes of molecular medicine of the Moscow Medical Academy of I. M. Sechenov especially for a female genital was developed.
According to reviews, Promisan promotes recovery of sensitivity of the growing tumors to chemotherapy, growth of cancer cells oppresses and slows down process of their division, the metastasis stops distribution.
Indications to Promisan's use
According to the instruction, Promisan is shown to women as dietary supplement to food as is an additional source of flavonoids, mineral substances and indole connections.
Promisan for correction and prevention of pretumor and hyperplastic diseases of a female genital is recommended (hyperplastic processes in an endometria of noninfectious character, a dysplasia of a neck of uterus, prevention of breast cancer). Drug or Promisan's analog is shown to the women who are in process of passing of chemotherapy in connection with tumors of reproductive system irrespective of the hormonal status, and also to the women who transferred an operative measure in connection with a tumor for prevention of innidiation.
Some doctors can appoint drug or Promisan's analog for prevention of development of various complications after abortion.
Route of administration and mode of dosing
For prevention of oncological diseases of the woman accept on 1 capsule of Promisan of 1 times a day. Duration of a course makes one month.
For increase in sensitivity of cancer cells to chemotherapy, according to reviews, it is the best of all to begin Promisan's reception for few weeks to the first course of chemotherapy. Reception on 2 capsules two times a day is recommended during meal. Duration of therapy makes 3-6 months (before the termination of all courses of chemotherapy).
Quite often Promisan appoint in addition to a course of chemotherapy as a part of which there are such antineoplastic drugs as даунорубицин, paklitakset, doxorubicine, митоксантрон, Vincristinum, этопозид.
Contraindications
As Promisan is not hormonal drug, its use even throughout the long period is safe.
According to the instruction, Promisan is contraindicated to women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Administration of drug is not recommended to women who accept medicines for decrease in level of a gastric juice, inhibitors of the proton pump, antacids, H2 blockers.
Side effects of Promisan
As drug consists only of components of a plant origin and is not toxic, Promisan has practically no side effects.
Some patients noted such undesirable side effect of Promisan as nausea, but only in case of administration of drug on an empty stomach. There can sometimes be various allergic reactions which are shown as dermatitis, reddenings of integuments and an itch.
