Pumpan

Pumpan – the homeopathic remedy applied at cardiovascular diseases.

Form of release and structure

• Tablets are hypoglossal homeopathic: round, a ploskotsilindrichesky form, almost white color (the mramornost of coloring and existence of impregnations are possible), with risky and a facet, inodorous (in blisters on 12 pieces; in a pack cardboard 1, 2, 3 or 4 blisters);
• Drops are homeopathic: transparent liquid from yellowish till reddish-yellow color, without specific smell (in the dark glass bottles equipped with a dropper on 20, 50 or 100 ml; in a pack a cardboard 1 bottle).

Active agents as a part of 1 tablet:

• Crataegus (hawthorn) D1 – 74,8 mg;
• Kalium carbonicum (potassium a carbonate) D6 – 37,2 mg;
• Convallaria (a lily of the valley May) D12 – 37,2 mg;
• Arnica (arnica mountain) D6 – 37,2 mg;
• Digitalis (a foxglove purple) D12 – 37,2 mg.

Additional components of tablets: potato starch, lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate.

Active agents as a part of 10 ml of drops:

• Crataegus (hawthorn) D1 – 2 ml;
• Kalium carbonicum (potassium a carbonate) D6 – 1 ml;
• Convallaria (a lily of the valley May) D12 – 1 ml;
• Arnica (arnica mountain) D6 – 1 ml;
• Digitalis (a foxglove purple) D12 – 1 ml.

Auxiliary component: ethanol of 43%.

Indications to use

Complex therapy:

• Arterial hypertension;
• Coronary heart disease;
• Neurocirculatory (vegeto-vascular) dystonia;
• Chronic heart failure of the I-II stage.

Contraindications

Drug Pumpan is contraindicated to patients with hypersensitivity to any component.

Drops Pumpan contain alcohol owing to what their reception is contraindicated to the people suffering from alcohol addiction.

Route of administration and dosage

Pumpan it is necessary to accept inside in 30 minutes prior to or in 60 minutes after food: to keep tablets under language before full dissolution, a drop – before a proglatyvaniye to take some time in a mouth (having dissolved in 1 tbsp of water or in pure form).

The recommended dosing modes:

• Arterial hypertension and neurocirculatory (vegeto-vascular) dystonia at adults and teenagers is more senior than 12 years: on the 10th cap / 1 таб. 3 times a day within 2-3 months, further – 2 times a day;
• Coronary heart disease at adults: on the 10th cap / 1 to a tablet 3 times a day within 1-2 months, after stabilization of a state – 2 times a day;
• Chronic heart failure of the I-II stage: adults and teenagers – on the 10th cap / 1 таб., children aged up to 12 years – on 5 кап/½ таб., frequency rate of reception – 3 times a day, treatment duration – 2-3 months, carry out further a maintenance therapy in the same doses, but at frequency rate of use 2 times a day.

At the beginning of a disease and when it is necessary to weaken quickly symptoms, Pumpan it is possible to accept each 30-60 minutes, but no more than 8 times a day: to adults and teenagers of 12 years – till 8-10 a cap or 1 таб., to children aged up to 12 years – on the 5th cap. After improvement of a state it is necessary to accept drug 3 times a day.

Side effects

Pumpan is had preferential well, the increased salivation is in rare instances noted.

Special instructions

The question of expediency of use of drug during pregnancy and during feeding by a breast is solved the doctor individually.

Treatment of arterial hypertension should be carried out under control of arterial pressure.

Due to the maintenance of vegetable components at storage of drops perhaps insignificant opacification of solution, easing of taste and a smell. These reactions do not influence efficiency of means and, respectively, are not a contraindication to its use.

Drops homeopathic contain 43% alcohol: in the maximum single dose – 0,17 g, in the maximum daily dose – 1,35 g. It should be considered to the drivers of vehicles, patients working with moving mechanisms, etc.

Medicinal interaction

Cases of clinically significant interaction of Pumpan with other medicines were not established.

Terms and storage conditions

To store at a temperature up to 25 ºС in the place protected from light unavailable to children. Drops need to be isolated from influence of strong electromagnetic fields.

Period of validity of tablets – 3 years, a thaw – 5 years.
