Adenoviruses

Adenoviruses (adenoviridae; Greek adenos, aden – iron + lat. virus – poison; synonym: viruses adenoidofaringealno-conjunctival – устар.) – the family of viruses of vertebrata, virions (full-fledged extracellular virus particles) of which have the form of an icosahedron and contain two-filamentous DNA with a molecular weight (weighing) 20-25х106 дальтон. Pneumonia, a gastroenterocolitis is activators of big group of diseases of the person, for example, of conjunctivitis. Some adenoviruses in an experiment have oncogenous activity.
